Pros:

Great location. Well maintained room.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. During my 5 day stay, housekeeping was only provided once. The hotel was unwilling even to provide basic daily rubbish collection. This was not the level of service that I would expect for a hotel stay of this length.

Would totally stay here again with the kids.
Pros:

In the heart of the city with a roof top pool was pretty much prefect for our trip onto the city. The staff we're super friendly and made the kids feel very welcomed which isn't always the case when staying in nice hotels.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. If anything the affordable price had lowered our expectations so we where pleasantly surprised when we had a reasonable sized bedrooms and living space in our room.

Great location, reliable and pleasant stay
Pros:

It was well stocked and comfortable. They've thought of everything you need from pillows, crockery, cutlery, bin-liners, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, to washer-dryer.

The view from the bedroom and living room was of the beautiful Melbourne city with hot-air balloons, and the countryside in the background.

The location is very central and convenient for amenities, conference centres, restaurants, shops etc.

Cons:

There was hair on the floor of the bedroom, so it they'd clearly missed spots when cleaning.

The irritating hard-sell of the Club Wyndham staff at the reception, trying to get you to attend the "free" breakfast, where you hear stories to convince you to buy more time-share.

They won't take no for an answer when you politely tell them, that you're not interested. It's borderline harassment, really.

I fully recommend it!
Pros:

Tidy, modern and comfortable appartment. Well equipped. It had a washing machine/dryer.
Great location. Many restaurants nearby. The tram stop is 1min walk from the hotel. Very convenient location in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Property was amazing.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was being signed up for a breakfast and didn’t know I was being conned into buying credits in like a timeshare for the 25 year anniversary of the Wyndham.

Location great. It was very quiet inside the room. Furniture comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. The shower and bathroom spacious

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

We booked two rooms for an extended family trip. A 3 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom. 3 bedroom was fantastic with heaps of space. Nice clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Both rooms were ready early and we appreciated being able to check in earlier than planned.

Cons:

Attempted sales pitch of a free breakfast and vouchers if we attended a seminar. Said no thanks, they also called both of rooms to ask again if we were interested.
