Personnel disponible pour régler les problématiques de chambre.
Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.
Petit déjeuner formidable, avec possibilité de déjeuner en terrasse au calme.

Cons:

Quelques soucis de chambre.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé sans avertissement préalable, et il est difficile de trouver où manger dans la ville après 20h. Nous avons été obligé de retourner à Los Gigantes.

Pros:

La habitación estupenda, muy espaciosa y la cama enorme y comodísima.
El desayuno genial.
Los empleados muy amables en todo momento.

Cons:

La televisión de la habitación nos pareció un poco pequeña porque estaba a mucha distancia de la cama y nos resultó algo incómodo. El mando de la TV no funcionaba muy bien.

Le jeune homme à l'accueil. Pas agréable du tout. Nous a servi un soir au restaurant : très mauvais service ( n'a pas servi le vin, pas apporté les couverts, ...)et repas pas terrible et tiède
