Pros:

The room size was bigger than usual hotel rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast room was not inviting. I didn't have anything that was served. I felt very uncomfortable to stay in there. You should not mention breakfast if you are going to serve it like that.

In general pretty good.
Pros:

Good location, no problem with parking, fast check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, almost nothing to eat, we did count on it before take off.

Generally ok.
Pros:

Room a little too crowded for 4 people---better 2 beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed. This is for 2 or 3 people.

Cons:

a. 4 people room should be 2 queen size beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed;
b. security should be improved---side doors should be open only by key scan....whilst the real case is, everyone can go thru the side doors.

Overall great stay, wasn't cheap but normal when you specifically request the most expensive room !
Pros:

The room, since I rented a suite with hot tub.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely minimal. The location is not central to Montreal, but I knew that in advance and wasn't the main reason for booking this hotel.

Cons:

The fabric on couches and pillows on the couch was peeling off. Door in bathroom had layers of dust on each window. Dust bunnies in corners.

mon conjoint et moi avons passé un bon moment en dépit de manque de confort du lit.
Pros:

endroit calme et tranquille, favorise l'itimité. spa, la disposition des meubles dans la chambre.

Cons:

matelas defectué. doit etre changé absolument. déjeuner non servi à la chambre comme demandé. Aucune explications sur comment utiliser le spa( difficulté à chasser l'eau usée après utilisation).

Je recommande tout de même cet établissement :)
Pros:

Employés super gentil , chambre très belle et spacieuse .

Cons:

Chambre sale ( toile d'araignée un peu partout , rebord de moulure etc ) , rayure sur ma voiture dans le stationnement durant la nuit même si je sais que l'établissement n'en ait pas responsable , ceci était décevant à notre sorti .
