I would recommend Le Chabrol Hotel & Suites and stay there again requesting 1st floor room.
Pros:

Rooms were as pictured except sofas have been replaced. Wi-Fi on 2nd floor was iffy but I let front desk staff know and they were able to switch me to a first floor room where the Wi-Fi was great. (I needed to be able to work remotely during my stay and good Wi-Fi was a must.)
No real work area, but the small dining table worked fine.
There are limited electrical outlets in the rooms, but luckily I had an extension cord for my work station setup.
No microwave or safe in the room like the official hotel site stated. Communal microwave is available near reception area.
Rooms were clean; however I suggest they provide housekeeping with Tilex to clean grout in showers. A little spray goes a long way without any scrubbing to remove mildew. It wasn’t bad but could be better.
Breakfast was included and good enough. Self served options including cereal, bread, bagels, waffles, cookies, yogurt, peanut butter, jelly, butter, cheese, eggs (that could be boiled), apples, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea. The options were a bit sparse on Sunday but plentiful Monday to Friday. Not sure about Saturday.
Location was good. Grocery store directly across the street and another one within 5 minutes walking distance.
Falaise Walking cycling path 10 minute walking distance from the hotel.
Restaurants and fast food also within walking distance.

Cons:

Wi-Fi on 2nd floor was iffy. Grout in showers need to be cleaned better. Not many electrical outlets in the room.

Pleasant and not bad!
Pros:

The prompt follow up on my requests.
One of the staff, Fabrizio, was particularly kind, attentive and professional.

Cons:

1- Rooms don’t have workspace (chair and table to work).
2- One woman staff at the reception, behaved unpleasantly throughout my staying, several time.
3- The rooms don’t have slippers and kettle to boil water.
4- The sheets are old and covered in pilling, especially the fitted sheet. That’s why they don’t feel soft anymore.

Reasonable price

Cons:

No elevator, so have to move heavy luggage through the stairs, pretty low water pressure to take a shower. Construction workers working early in the morning in the hallways, which was pretty loud

It was okay for the 2 days we were there
Pros:

The location, it was clean and it had breakfast included.

Cons:

Our room was a superior deluxe however there was only one very small hanging closet and there were was no dresser to put your folded clothes in. It definitely wasn’t worth the value they were charging. It definitely needs an update.

Мабуть лише вигляд ззовні ( як на першому фото) . Решта все-жахливо

Cons:

Страшенно брудно. Коврик на підлозі , мабуть, не чистив я відтоді, як побудували готель. Жахливі плями всюди по ньому, також покривало на ліжку в величезних плямах.
Ми спеціально замовили кімнату з додатковим розкладним диваном для дитини, але це був не диван! В розкладному вигляді це було, як звичайний поролоновий матрас , який лежав просто на підлозі на тому бруднющому коврику!

Фото не відповідають дійсності!!

Ми були в шоці від побаченого, нам замінили кімнату , але вона була точно така ж сама. Тоді ми відмовилися там жити і звʼязалися з службою підтримки Booking. Вони швидко вирішили проблему і адміністрація готелю повернула нам кошти. Чоловік на рецепшені, до речі , поводився адекватно і не був грубий. Намагався бути ввічливим .
