Word herkent als hond vriendelijk, maar met kantjes

Wij waren er met een hond, en. moesten voor 1 nacht 30 euro bij betalen, terwijl we in een apparte zaal moesten gaan eten, ver weg van het mooie restaurant, waardoor we telkens via ingang , bar naar restaurant moesten om iets te halen aan buffet

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 07:30. Bin geschäftlich unterwegs und muss tw. bereits ab 06:00 weiter.

Schone kamer, heerlijk rustige lokatie. Aparte ruimte zodat de hond toch mee kon bij het ontbijt

Cons:

30 euro per nacht voor kleine hond. Als deze prijs van te voren was gecommuniceerd hadden we hier niet geboekt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, von Kaffeemaschine, über Fön, Schminkspiegel, an alles war gedacht. Das Haus hat sehr schöne moderne Elemente, die dich gut mit dem traditionellen des Hauses verbinden. Es gibt mehrere E-Ladestellen!

Pros:

Haben das Hotel nur für eine Übernachtung genutzt. Waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs nach Kärnten. Hotel sehr ansprechend. Sogar eine Motorradgarage vorhanden. Kann das Hotel auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Pros:

Breakfast: good selection and fresh
staff: the lady was very nice, and helpful. They allowed me to stay extra night and even bring my daughter after competition.
room was clean: it was cleaned even though I didn't ask for it ;)

Cons:

I didn't like my bathroom
- it had automatic light on, which is annoying at night. But I have to say after asking the staff, they turned it off. But it meant they turned off also extraction fan, so room got humid after shower of two persons.
- my bathroom was kind of embedded in a room, and had only this frosted glass, which offers a bit privacy, but my daughter didn't appreciate that you could see her through it, so I had to leave the room basically when she showered.

Also I didn't like that for one room with double bed, for extra person, one had to pay twice, basically price is per person, not per room. I sort of expected to pay city tax, plus for breakfast, but it turned out one has to pay full price. I wasn't aware about that, which surprised me (unpleasantly).

Mooie locatie met stalling voor onze motoren. Vriendelijk ontvangst en personeel we hebben er ook heerlijk gegeten. Top hotel.

Tolles Hotel, sehr Freundliches Personal, der Chef leider etwas daneben, meine Meinung.
Pros:

Wir waren schon öfters in Ötz, ist immer eine Reise Wert.
Das Ambiente im Hotel war sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal
Eine tolle Terrasse, leider konnte man dien kaum benutzen, es war ein Treffpunkt der Wespen und Bienen !!

Cons:

Beim Bezahlen muss ich dem Chef ein schlechtes Zeugnis
ausstellen, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, der Chef unterhielt sich mit einem anderen Gast, Er sah jedoch dass ich an der Rezeption stand und wartete, Beachtete mich jedoch nicht!!
Als ich dann die Klingel benutzte war die Antwort: ich habe nur zwei Hände, als Er dann kam und fragte ob alles in Ordnung war erklärte ich Ihm dass der Bauernsalat meiner Tochter im Essig Schwamm, seine Antwort: die einen lieben es so die anderen anders, die Antwort des Chefs !! Sorry, schon etwas daneben.
