Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at WEIL Hotel. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is directly connected to a shopping mall, which made everything very convenient. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay at WEIL Hotel again. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel connected to the shopping mall.

Quality hotel, not a great location but might stay again.
Pros:

A well designed and tastefully decorated room.
Beautiful mountain views from the room as well as great views from the rooftop pool deck.
The staff were very good.
Attached to a mall which was rather useful.
The breakfast buffet was reasonably good.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an unattractive neighbourhood, which is balanced by the convenience of the mall.
The hotel is large and gets very busy when waves of people check in/out or go down for breakfast.
Must catch Grab cars to go anywhere because it's in the middle of nowhere.
Tour desk options were limited.

Osebje, lepa soba, veliko izbire za zajtrk. Ker je bila v nadstropju nižje zabava z glasno glasbo, so nama sobo brez problemov zamenjali in naju prestavili v višje nadstropje.

A nice hotel in Ipoh.
Pros:

From the check in process to the checkout and in-between, everything went off smoothly.. the staff were great. The location of the hotel was good, being next to the shopping centre was helpful.
