Das frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Pool-Anlage auch.

Cons:

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus entspricht die Sauberkeit absolut nicht dem Standard. Das Zimmer war dreckig, der Toilettensitz war vergilbt und unhygienisch. Der Service war mangelhaft: Handtücher wurden erst am 3. Tag gewechselt und in den ganzen 7 Tagen wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gemacht. Das Schlimmste war, dass man für die Reinigung auch noch extra bezahlen sollte. Dafür, dass es ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sein soll, habe ich mich in meinem Zimmer gefühlt, als wäre es ein Hostel. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen

Oltre le aspettative.
Pros:

Semplicemente meraviglioso. Ha soddisfatto a pieno ogni mia esigenza. La camera dotata di cucina ha alzato il livello di comfort dell'interna vacanza. L'emozione di vivere un villaggio turistico misto all'eleganza di un soggiorno in hotel. Per le famiglie, soprattutto numerose, è un top di gamma. Gli spazi dedicati ai bambini e agli animali domestici sono ben forniti e curati.

Cons:

Una piccolissima critica, ma comprensibile dato il periodo di soggiorno, la devo rivolgere alla cucina del ristorante. La cena che ho consumato non mi ha particolarmente esaltato al punto di volermene concedere una seconda. Ottime le colazioni.

Отличный семейный курорт в который хотелось бы вернуться!
Pros:

Все отлично! Ухоженный отель, в котором есть все для семейного отдыха. Хорошая парковка, отличный бассейн, много дополнительных развлечений для отдыхающих, рестораны и бары на выбор!

Cons:

Особенности отеля, это то что он находиться в заливе и нет хорошего выхода к пляжной зоне у открытого моря!

Obiteljski odmor
Pros:

Bili smo u predsezoni zadnji tjedan u 5 mjesecu tako da naše iskustvo se temelji na tome.
S vremenom smo super pogodili, bilo je jako toplo tako da voda u bazenu je bila savršena. Bazen je čist, za predsezonu taman ljudi ni previše ni premalo, imaš ležaljki uvijek, sve je čisto i uredno, hotel, okoliš kao i oko bazena se stalno čisti što se stvarno vidi. Soba je isto čista, uredna i taman za odmor za ono što ti treba, dobra kuhinja i ormari. Plaža je odmah pokraj, more je bilo 19 Stupnjeva ali smo se ipak uspjeli okupati. Pazite jer se placa sve s karticom, ali možete staviti svoj novac na karticu od sobe, koji se poslije vrati ostatak - jedino ponesite za bakšiš i za žetone za dječji klub kovanica i sitnih novčanica (5/10/20 €).
Čistačice te "ne gnjave" nego pitaju da li trebaš nešto - najbolja opcija.
Soba na prvom katu s pogledom na bazen je pun pogodak!

Cons:

Bar u hotelu radi do 22h, ok ima jedan pokraj koji radi do ponoći. Na bazenu bi bilo dobro isto imati "beach-bar" i sl., sigurno bi se dobro prodalo da ljudi ne moraju ići dolje po piće.
Ne znam kako je inače, ali postoji onaj napuhanac za skakanje za djecu ali su ga već ispuhavali malo poslije 18h. Ljudi su na bazenu/moru do 18h najmanje, većina i duže - sve aktivnosti za djecu i odrasle prebaciti od 19h nadalje.
Falio otvarač za vino u kuhinjskim setu (da li je to inače tako i samo nama to ne znam).
Ako si duže od 4 dana - traži te više nekih sadržaja, pogotovo navečer oko Resorta jer nema toga puno.
Shuttle bus do Pule je odlična ideja, ali po osobi 7€ , nas je troje Bolt smo platili 10€, nazad 16€ (možda je u sezoni skuplje).
