The property may not be able to accommodate early arrival before 15:00 or late departure after 11:00. Requests cannot be confirmed until the day of the booking. Please do not make arrangements based on any requests as the property cannot guarantee availability in advance.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.

Location was good! Parking was easy and free. The concept of the apartment and hotel together is a genius idea and would have been perfect for our stay but desperately needs an update! The duty manager was helpful and apologetic on both evenings.
The sofas and chairs were all badly stained so we did not sit on them as not sure what the stains were! The bed linen on the sofa bed was unclean. It had clearly not been changed from previous guest. The microwave, kitchen utensils and cleaning brush were all dirty with food remnants. The dishwasher was broken, a stained sign left on the front of it. The cupboards and area wasn't very clean at all. The bathroom was tired, with broken floor tiles, grubby and black sealant around the shower and bath. Surfaces, were unclean, and a dirty tissue was eft. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was not working. We were moved on the 2nd nights to the apartment next door but that was also a disaster as we had mouldy sheets. Again broken floor tiles, grubby and not clean. I was assured that the 2nd room would be 'deep cleaned' before we went into it. Not sure what their definition of 'deep clean' is!
Property easy to find coming off the metro
Took awhile to get used to the retro look, but it was very clean and that's what matters

Our apartment (No.2) was dark and very noisy. There was an unpleasant mechanical humming - a fan perhaps, or laundry equipment ? This was present all night. We were also very aware of movement/noise from the apartment above us.
In addition - the ceiling mounted shower pressure was very poor, and the bedside peer socket did not work.

The layout was spacious and was modern . Great to be able to bring the dog .

Cleanliness was an issue - the rooms really need a deep clean. We had two apartments and both were sub par, one in particular required attention during our stay.

Could do with a little refresh in some areas
The location was great, but the main road was very busy. Breakfast was lovely, staff was lovely, bed was comfy. Air con very welcome in this heat
I didnt realise there was no lift and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Shower was hanging off the wall, bedroom curtains were hanging off the rail, the kitchen cabinet was very grubby and old and didnt have any overhead lighting so a bit dark when trying to do anything. The pillows on the bed were too soft or too flat.
Property is in a good location, staff were really helpful.
The room we stayed in was particularly dusty, which didn’t help with my partners allergies. Considering it was hot having the windows open just added to the problem.
