Absolut enttäuschend – Unsauber, Mängel und unverschämter Kundenservice!

Die Lage ist gut fast zentral und ruhig und das digitale Check-in- und Check-out-System hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Cons:

Katastrophale Sauberkeit: Das Erste, was wir beim Betreten des Zimmers gesehen haben, waren haufenweise Haare auf dem Bett. Unter dem Bett wurde offensichtlich seit Monaten nicht mehr gesaugt.
Mängel & Ungeziefer: Die Dusche war defekt, sodass bei jeder Benutzung das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Zu allem Überfluss hatten wir ekelerregendes Ungeziefer im Zimmer (vieleckige, wurmartige Spinnenläufer).
Falsche Angaben: Das Zimmer hatte niemals die angegebenen 29 m² und die Atmosphäre war extrem deprimierend.

De locatie t.o.v. metro naar centrum Berlijn. De ruime suite met aparte badkamer en een balkonnetje.

Cons:

De badkamer. Deze was oud en vies. Het stonk en er zat schimmel op de voegen. De badkamer verdient een volledige renovatie.

Läget till tunnelbanan.

Cons:

Ingen personal i hotellet, fick lov att krångla med en app för att komma in, bubbelpoolen var trasig och inga handukar vid bastun, tvn fungerade inte heller. Har bott där för något år sedan och då var allt tipptop, jag vill ha personal i receptionen

Pros:

Facilità di accesso tramite codice e check in online, metro vicina in zona relativamente tranquilla

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa, bel bagno dietro la porta c’erano capelli accumulati (non avevano chiuso la porta per pulire dietro), un anello dietro la tenda, un nastro della compagnia aerea nell’armadio.

Öffis in der Nähe, Zimmer an sich war schön, wenn man drüber weg schaut, dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Hatten das Deluxe Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Doppelzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Was eigentlich nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt ist, da es auf der Schlafcouch für 2 Erwachsene ziemlich eng wird. Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass nur das Doppelbett bezogen war und somit für 2 Personen kein Bett vorhanden war. Nacht 2x anrufen bei der Hausverwaltung und Telefonat mit Booking, dauerte es über 2 Stunden, bis die beiden fehlenden Schlafplätze bezogen waren auch die noch fehlenden Handtücher von einem Mitarbeiter gebracht wurden. Unsere Anfrage, eine kleine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu erhalten, wurde vom Hotel abgelehnt. Für uns kommt dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr in Frage,

Große Zimmer, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Also das Hotel ist ganz ok. Für eine Nacht auch super, je nachdem wo in Berlin man sein will. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos. Die zum Teil sehr schlechten Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Cons:

Man ist halt an der Raser-Hochburg Bundesallee. In dem Zimmer funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht mehr richtig, daher habe ich zeitweise das Wasser abgestellt. Deswegen keine 10, sondern nur eine 9.

Großes Zimmer, unkomplizierter Zugang via digitalem Codesystem.

Cons:

Ich mag unpersonalisierte Hotels nicht. Der Fahrstuhl geht wohl öfter/immer nicht. Das Fernsehgerät hatte keinen Empfang. Die Fenster sind nicht gut Lärmschutzisoliert. Kein Frühstück direkt vor Ort ist immer mein Minus. Preis-Leistung ist möglich, weil Berlin, dennoch kein Favorit für mich, bin öfter in B.
