Комната уютная , нужно чинить туалет и менять лампочку . Основная проблема была в жаре и неработающим кондиционером

Было уютно и комфортно . Удобная кровать и подушки

Cons:

Бак в туалете плохо выключает слив и течет с туалета на пол вода . Лампочка при входе мегает в комнате . Не работает кондиционер. 5 дней было 30 градусов жары в комнате .

Zentrale Lage, moderne Dusche, Personal sehr zuvorkommend (aber spärlich vorhanden: Hausmeister, Frühstücksbetreuer, je ein Zimmermädchen/-junge), schnelle Hilfe des Personals

Cons:

Zimmer war extrem klein (für ca. 65-70 € pro Nacht), Frühstück teuer (15-17 €, aber sehr gut); mein erster Kühlschrank war kaputt (wurde schnell ausgewechselt); Betten sehr warm, keine Rezeption; Zimmertür nur mit dem Handy zu öffnen (Was bei Verlust, ohne Rezeption?), Chatbot war nervig (ohne Gedächtnis: Mein Name war falsch gespeichert, bei Zurückkommen auf ein bereits angesprochenes Problem wzrde es wie neu behandelt...)

Byłem nie raz w tym hotelu ale tym razem w całym budynku było brak klimatyzacji a w pokoju była UGANDA...nie można było normalnie spać , na korytarzu było dużo chłodniej niż w pokoju gdzie temp w środku wynosiła 28 stopni
Pokój dostałem niższej kategorii niż rezerwowałem plus kompletny brak w tej części intentetu i zasięgu !! Pokój na parterze 010
Rozmowa na WhatsApp-ie z BOTTEM a przez tel Pani nic nie mogła poradzić

P.s tłumaczenie było takie że było napisane na bookingu o braku klimatyzacji tym razem... ale kiedy już byłeś tam kilka razy to nie czytasz całej epopei na temat hotelu tylko dokonujesz rezerwacji
