Pros:

Es gibt in diesem Hotel kein Personal an der Rezeption. Probleme müssen online gemeldet werden. Dies hat prompt geklappt.

Cons:

Persönliche Kontaktmöglichkeit mit Personal wäre schon ganz hilfreich.

Great location & easy check in
Pros:

Really nice hotel with a convenient self-check-in system, located close to the U-Bahn. The U9 makes it easy to get around the city and reach pretty much anywhere. The check-in instructions were clear, and the host was always available if we had any questions. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Fijn verblijf gehad
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer, veel opbergplaats. Als je kamer vroeger beschikbaar is, krijg je automatisch een bericht. Makkelijk toegang tot openbaar vervoer. Standaard continental ontbijt.

Cons:

Een paar kleine opknap werken nodig in kamer zoals kastdeur die wat bleef hangen en checken of alle lichten werken. Gordijnen verduisteren niet goed, van zodra de zon opkomt, komt het licht in de kamer.

Cons:

The curtains were damaged, all the sun came in. I tried to communicate with them and the attention was super bad and no one ever went to fix it. When they said I was going to go to someone and the night was an excessive price.

Pros:

We booked the Deluxe Suite with a balcony and loved it. The balcony offered great city views and was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The location is great for reaching all the central sights, and we thought it was fantastic value for money. We also really appreciated having a little fridge and coffee machine in the room – those small extras make such a difference.

This was our second stay at Homaris, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Great place to rest in a random neighborhood. far from city center
Pros:

Huge room. Very comfortable exactly like the pictures.
Gym had weights not just a cardio room.
The rooms were well sound proofed

Cons:

Not in the city center so you must take the metro everywhere. just fyi
Broken AC!!! I had to sleep with all the doors open to the noise outside.
It was a bit ghetto like everything was slightly broken. The coffeemakers don’t get cleaned. I found a tiny roach in there.
ZERO staff, no bar, no microwave
Rooftop terrace is off-limits except during breakfast.
