Was okay, but not what I was expecting, and again, you pay for what you get.

The convenient of being close to anything.

Cons:

There was a dead cucaracha under the table for the entire weekend that I was there, which means they never cleaned the room 408 that I was in. Nasty hair everywhere in the bathroom specifically around the toilet. I will never stay in that hotel again. I rather pay a little bit more and get something better, like the Sheraton Hotel.

Pros:

Excellent hotel really in the center of Santo Domingo. Absolut safe spot and professional services during the stay. Room was super clean and relaxing. All in all a first class experience.
