El wifi no funcionaba desde mi habitación no me permitió trabajar, las sábanas estaban manchadas, el servicio de desayuno pésimo, el primer día me atendieron sin motivación o gana, el segundo día no me atendieron ni siquiera se acercaron a la mesa durante 15 minutos, ofrecen un servicio de desayuno que no pueden cumplir, lamentable me levanté de la mesa y me fui, la actitud del personal del restaurante es lamentable, sencillamente no hay servicio, amabilidad, empatía..NO VOLVERÉ me siento engañado

Es la quinta vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, ¡es maravilloso en todos los sentidos! ¡Lo más importante es la limpieza! Un baño realmente limpio, una partición de vidrio en el baño, un espejo, pisos. Excelentes camas y ropa de cama. Hay artículos de belleza. ¡Y un gran desayuno! ¡Gracias al personal del hotel por su comodidad y conveniencia!
