I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Hope to return soon.
Pros:

I had a view of the pool, which was fine, especially when things did not get started until 10am and closed down by 8pm
The pool was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was exceptional with good quality, healthy choices and ample amount. The service and assisantance was great.

Cons:

Perhaps when there is some noise on the floors after 10pm, staff could speak to those causing the noise and ask them to be respectful. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Pros:

I honestly won't stay here again. The staff was not that nice. My daughter hurt her hand because the mental bathroom door from the lobby,slammed on her fingers. And the front desk staff didn't seem to care. The beds are really hard, and the cement bed frames were broken and I keepd scraping me leg on it

No elevator, the pool closed at 8 and you can't bring outside food

Pros:

Great view and silent place although close to the city center (15min walking down to the center)

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean, there was a puddle in the middle of the bathroom and the bathroom door was not closing (lock not working and a > 1cm space between door and wall)

La arquitectura del hotel muy bonito adoc a la atmósfera de Guanajuato, el personal muy amable y atento, me encantó el toque que tuvieron con nosotros que tuvimos que hacer el check out super temprano que fueron super lindos en darnos un boxlunch para llevar y cafecito recién hecho eso fue un super detalle

La comida para ser honestos no estaba tan buena pero era obvio comestible

Instalaciones bonitas.

Cons:

-Los horarios de la alberca son super inaccesibles, la abren muy tarde y la cierran súper temprano.
-Los baños se inundan porque los canceles de las regaderas no cierran bien.
-Los recepcionistas te tratan a la defensiva todo el tiempo. Menos el del horario nocturno.

The little things...
Pros:

Loved the rooftop view. The pool was nice as well as the jacuzzi. The outside seating was super nice.

Cons:

The fact that I have to climb 3 flights of stairs just to get to the reception desk and I get there out of breath. The room was ok but the desk was obviously worn, the bathroom light was hanging not completely on the ceiling. The bed sheets were stained. Also, the water pressure in the shower was low and the water barely came out.

Viihtyisät yleiset tilat ja hienot näkymät. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Meillä oli huone 3. kerroksessa. Hienot näkymät kaupunkiin.

Cons:

Suihku oli surkea. Vettä tuli tosi huonosti. Onneksi vain yksi yö. Ei olisi pystynyt pesemään tukkaa. WC toimi illalla mutta aamulla ei tullut enää vettä. Huoneessa ei minkäänlaista kaappia.
