Pros:

Struttura davvero carina. Buona colazione, camere pulitissime e ambiente caratteristico greco. Sembra di essere a casa. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e accogliente.
È comoda per tutto, a un passo c'è il centro e anche un parcheggio gratuito

Bon emplacement, charmant et calme
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, la ville et ses rue piétonnes peuvent faire à pied, avec un parking juste a coté pour la voiture de location pour visiter l'ile.
La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est bonne et le lieu est charmant et calme.
La chambre est faite tous les jours

Nous étions hors saison et note hôte a pu nous a facilité notre arrivée et départ avec un checkin/checkout un peu hors des plage prévue, merci !!

PS: au vue des commentaires qui se plaignait d'être en sous sol, c'est vrai que ce n'est pas très clairement indiqué ce type de chambre, nous avons donc juste confirmé avec notre hôte au moment de la réservation que nous n'avions pas de telles chambre et c'était OK :)

Cons:

Il y une petite cuisine*, frigo avec des ustensiles (assiettes, couverts, casseroles ...) mais aucun électroménager pour faire cuire (bref, les casserole et poêle ne servent à rien :) ), mais cela nous a quand même bien dépanné pour se préparer des salades et petits déjeunés.

La pression de la douche est plutôt faible, mais cela reste fonctionnel.

Für den Preis wäre mehr zu erwarten.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und sehr gute Lage zur Stadt. Auch vom Hafen fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Anlage verfügt über einen tollen Innenhof in dem man auch abends schön sitzen kann.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr einfach und das Mobiliar ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Duschkopf war ohne Wandhalterung und spritzte in alle Richtungen.

Perfect Parieki two-star treat
Pros:

Everything! It was just what we love. Coming after the hype accommodation and prices of Santorini it was a blessing. And so close to restaurants, shops, bus and ferry terminus - we WALKED with our roller bag.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Déjà venu à l'AEGEAN VILLAGE, nous l'avons vu se dégrader, faute d'entretien
Tout doit dater des années 70/80 : Électricité, Plomberie, Peintures, Climatisation, Mobilier, Draps, Serviettes, etc...
L'établissement est sale, car pas d'entretien, ni dans les chambres ni dans le jardin, et avec ceci des chambres à un prix élevé
Dommage, car l'AEGEAN VILLAGE est idéalement situé
Tout remettre à niveau doit coûter une fortune, mais c'est trop tard, le mal est fait !
Enfin, honte à Booking de présenter encore cet endroit, alors que nous sommes d'habitude, des clients satisfaits
Une vérification s'impose donc

An oasis of calm in a bustling town
Pros:

Our room was huge with everything we needed - quite private outside space, some dishes and a place to wash them up, air conditioning (not needed as the buildings seem to keep pleasantly cool even when sunny. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - it has a family feel. The breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savoury food and the gardens where you have breakfast, where the bar is and where you can rest and relax during the day are just fabulous - lovely plants and trees, shade and sunshine, so quiet and restful. The location is excellent - a very short walk to town and the port along a pedestrian path, but much quieter than town.

Cons:

Some people might consider the rooms a bit dated, but they are clean and fully functional, very comfortable so it's really not a problem unless you feel you must have modern furnishings and decor.

It was close to the main streets of Parikia and the port, the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The room did not get cleaned our entire stay, however, on the second day of our stay it was evident that someone had entered our room. The room was generally unclean when we entered and we would not walk bare foot on the floors and there were lots of bugs. The hotel itself was difficult to locate and get to with luggage. We felt unsafe during our stay especially after our room was entered when we weren’t there. The biggest faults would be that there was no cleaning service, which is specially off-putting as you can’t flush toilet paper on the island and that we felt unsafe.
