La ubicación. Cómoda la cama e higiénica

Cons:

Maluco ver platos con comida vinagre en los pasillos.
Maluco el precio exagerado en el bar
Maluco que hospedando 3 personas solo dejen 2 toallas y solo 1 chanclas desechables
Maluco que en el desayuno el jugo de naranja esté rebajado con agua y alguna naranja dañada, igual la naranja en las frutas agria y dañada.
Relación precio a calidad, hace falta mucho.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and neat. The location is very good.

There was a hazardous rug in the room. A person at the front desk when we arrived was not very nice. There should have been water at the front desk.

Mi hotel favorito para alojarme en Villavicencio.
Pros:

Es elegante, moderno, impecable, cómodo.

Cons:

No me gusto que el servicio de la piscina es hasta las 7:00pm, deberían extender el horario hasta las 9:00pm, ya que las personas que viajamos por motivos laborales, no alcanzamos a disfrutar ese espacio.

Me interrumpieron el descanso para hacer el inventario del mini bar para saber que al final durante el check out lo tuvieron que volver a hacer ya que la persona que me interrumpió no lo había notificado, mi queja con ante la persona de la recepción fue ignorada en tres ocasiones
