Pros:

Front desk staff, Asma is very professional and understanding. Such an amazing staff. The stay is so relaxing. It is calm. Clean. The food is delicious and the staffs are welcoming.

Exceptional
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, especially the natural honeycomb, which I had never experienced in any other hotel before. The room was good, and the pool was also excellent. When I searched on Booking.com, the hotel rating was "very good", but after experiencing it myself, I can say the hotel is truly exceptional and wonderful.

Cons:

When I booked the hotel in booking.com, it showed pool view, city view, and mountain view options. However, when I received the room, there was no pool view. The room only had a city view and mountain view.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly, very helpfull with our needs and they do everything with a Smile in their facem the Hotel is neat, and would definitely go back, as this was a last minute trip
