A wonderful and comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, welcoming staff, and great service.
Pros:

We had another wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Muscat from 4–6 August 2026. Having had a great experience here two years ago, we chose the same hotel again—and were very pleased with our decision.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, cooperative, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul Majid (restaurant), Mr. Saji Raja (Event Manager), Mr. Han and Ms. Atiqah (restaurant service), and Mr. Ahmad (reception) for their excellent hospitality and service.

My only suggestion would be to expand the buffet variety, particularly at breakfast. As a Pakistani guest, I would appreciate a few more South Asian/Pakistani options.

Overall, an excellent and pleasant stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay again!

Excellent choix d’hôtel !!!
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. L’accueil a été parfait et la chambre était impeccable, très propre.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de l’aéroport tout en restant à une distance raisonnable du centre de Mascate. Lors de mon séjour (très court) d’une journée, l’équipe m’a même aidée à trouver un taxi qui m’a accompagnée dans plusieurs endroits de la ville, m’a attendue et est venue me récupérer, ce qui m’a permis de visiter beaucoup de choses en très peu de temps.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
