Definitely one of the best hotel in Muscat
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely kind, the facilities were beautiful, and the food in the restaurants was very good.
Even though the hotel is very large, they make you feel genuinely welcomed and at home. A special thank you to Sanaa at reception and Abib, who are truly the warm and familiar face of the hotel.
I will definitely come back.

Cons:

Everything was very nice but if i can give some suggestions, night staff can improve, i had to call more than one time for them to came and fix something in my room. And the travel and tours operator can be improved as well.

wonderful, pool area, awesome to cool off - gym was adequate and the spa was exceptional. massages 10/10.
We had dinner @ Omny, food was great and the service was excellent. Thank you to Sreerag, Ajit and Amir for taking good care of us during dinner. Went the extra mile and accommodated all. Kudos to you all three!!!!!!!

Cons:

Aircon was rather loud in the room.

Its was deal and value for money with all what I have mentioned as dislike
Pros:

Hospitality was good. Food was good. We also enjoyed Spa as a service. However we expected a better infrastructure. KIDS activity was engaging but as we understand it was a trial so it was short duration. The room comfort stay everything was fine. We also enjoyed lunch at Bab Al Hind the food was really delicious. The attended sorry forgot the name but he was very careful about our like and dislikes and taste.

Cons:

All we wanted to suggest to the hotel was, shaded parking for residents atleast. It is very difficult to use a car after long day of stay at the hotel and in the evening the car will be piping hot. The valet service need lot improvement. Once we reach hotel v need to go hunting for them or approach reception to get them. During my stay of 5 days one day when I handed over my valet card for the car I got back my car key and was advised to go outside the premises in open parking lot and get the car. So as a suggestion valet service need lot more improvisation considering it's a 5 star hotel.
Similarly what we noticed the upholstery, the towels are too old. We understand now a days sustainability is a key a v reuse the towels and bedsheets but we should not continue using beyond a limit. We seen towels which has changed colour, with torn edges. Also the smell in lobby corridor and room are not welcoming. But all these was not a concern for us except valet parking and non availability of shaded parking
