الموقع مناسب وعامل النظافة متعاون وكذلك طافم المطعم

Cons:

الشباب في الاستقبال متعاونون إلا واحدا منهم كان غير مكترث أو غير مبالي بالزبون، بمعنى ليس كأسلوب من يكون في الاستقبال.
كذلك توجد رائحة أشبه بالماء العفن في الغرف ونبهت عليها الشباب في الاستقبال ولم يهتموا بها.

The breakfast staff were exceptional as well the housekeepers. The facilities were also great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I had to stay in Oman for an unexpected night, but it turned out to be a great experience. The Omni Restaurant was fantastic, and Amir was especially kind and welcoming. Thanks to him and the wonderful hotel staff, I had a lovely evening. I’d be happy to come back again!

Good Option for business Travelers
Pros:

Great facilities and good service level from the staff . Breakfast was very good and the restaurant was very clean

Cons:

Room needed some maintenance. The toilet flash was not working properly. The coffee machine plug was out of order too . Had to relocate it to another power outlet
