Me gusto la atencion de recepción ... super amables

Cons:

Que no hay piscina en un lugar tan caliente
La iluminación de la habitación es super poquita, alistarse era muy dificil
Solo hay un carrito para llevar maletas y esta en pésimo estado

Nos cobraron por bebidas que no consumimos
Pros:

Me agradó el servicio de desayuno buffet y la limpieza en la habitación.
Los baños eran amplios y contaba con jabón, shampoo, cremas y acondicionador.
Adicional dentro del hotel había una empresa de tours que nos pareció agradable.

Cons:

Al retirarnos nos cobraron por agua y sodas que no habíamos consumido. Durante todo el tiempo de alojados compramos agua, comida y sodas en supermercados u otros establecimientos y lo guardábamos en el frigobar; sin embargo nos cobraron cerca de 8 dólares por cosas que no habíamos consumido. Eso hizo que mi familia se sintiera incómoda y preferimos no volver a ese hotel.

me gustó el comfort de la cama, el agua caliente, los espacios compartidos como el gym y el coworking.

Cons:

el agua del baño se salía y tenía que ponerle la toalla de los pies al tope de la ducha para que no se saliera. el wifi no me llegaba bien a ninguno de los dos cuartos en donde estuve 1104 y 406. me encontré una cucaracha en el gimnasio jeje

Si punto fuerte es el desayuno.

Cons:

Tener cuidado de informar en recepción lo que compres en la calle, compré varias cosas y querían cobrármelos como si fueran del mini bar, tuve que acudir a las cámaras de seguridad para que no fueran cobradas las cosas

Breakfast was very well presented. staff was very attentive, don't hesitate to ask for seconds.

Cons:

online it stated $12. at the the Hotel its $14.
a difference of $2 (cost of a tip) it should be updated.
The Hotel does not have a pool. it does however have a gym & downstairs lounge open late

Al het personeel was heel vriendelijk en probeerde te helpen. Dus dat is altijd prettig.
Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Wifi op de kamer werkte niet, geen koffie/thee op de kamer (niet gevuld). 1 werkende lift voor een heel vol hotel. Geen trappen die je kon nemen. Douchehouder kapot. De kaart van de kamer gaf steeds een foutmelding en dan moest je naar beneden met de lift die eeuwen duurde om de kaart elke keer weer opnieuw te laten inregelen. En voor het geld wat je betaald is het naar verhouding niet goed. Best een duur hotel.
