Pros:

Al het personeel was heel vriendelijk en probeerde te helpen. Dus dat is altijd prettig.
Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Wifi op de kamer werkte niet, geen koffie/thee op de kamer (niet gevuld). 1 werkende lift voor een heel vol hotel. Geen trappen die je kon nemen. Douchehouder kapot. De kaart van de kamer gaf steeds een foutmelding en dan moest je naar beneden met de lift die eeuwen duurde om de kaart elke keer weer opnieuw te laten inregelen. En voor het geld wat je betaald is het naar verhouding niet goed. Best een duur hotel.

Las amenidades, tenia gimnasio y sala de co work. El servicio de la recepción fue muy amable. Estaba bien ubicado. La cama era muy comoda. El baño es muy amplio. Tenia escritorio en la habitación.

Cons:

En general tuvimos una buena estancia, pero creo que hace falta prestar más atención a algunos detalles para mejorar el servicio. La ducha estaba un poco dañada y la habitación era bastante oscura por las noches.

La primera noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel; estaba prácticamente vacío y, aun así, tardaron más de una hora en traernos la comida. Otro día, después de limpiar la habitación, se llevaron los paños y tardaron varias horas en traer otros. Tampoco dejaron papel higiénico y tuvimos que llamar tres veces para solicitarlo; finalmente tardaron alrededor de dos horas en llevarlo.

Además, uno de los ascensores no funcionaba. En general, la estancia estuvo bien, pero fueron varios pequeños detalles que, si se mejoraran, harían que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor.

I will go again with no doubt

Extrmelly friendly staff members from front desk specially and restaurant

The entrance gate was not so clean and obstructed by a huge tourist bus ! Roof top terrace not available.

La cama era confortable

Nos cambiaron de habitación porque la primera que nos dieron tenía un olor a húmedo, en la que nos dieron luego, tenía una ventana hacia una casa pero no se veía nada, estaba limitada, tenía toma corrientes en las lámparas mientras estaban encendidas, se les apagaba y no fumcionaban, dejé cargando un celular toda la noche y al día siguiente no se había cargado, la habitación era muy oscura, le faltaba iluminación, el baño era remodelado excepto la ducha, súper antigua, el desayuno si bien es cierto tenía variedad pero un tipo de pan estaba guardado, o sea duro y seco y el salami rancio, la cajita fuerte de la habitación no tenía instrucciones, pedí que me ayude alguien, nunca lo hicieron, por lo que no la pude ocupar, en general les falta corregir algunas cosas, tiene una calificación de 7.9, creo que está muy alta.
