Buena elección, cumplió con lo que necesitaba
Pros:

Hotel cómodo, habitaciones amplias, baños amplios y muy limpios, cama excelente, personal muy atento, amable y agradable , solo estuve una noche porque viajaba al otro día a playa blanca y acá mismo me consiguieron el transporte hacia ese sitio.
A pocos metros hay varios comercios muy útiles y restaurantes

Cons:

Necesité un computador y los dos que hay no funcionaron.
Podrían brindar al menos una botella de agua por habitación al llegar, un pequeño detalle que mejoraría la experiencia

My summary of this stay: it was only a short layover, and honestly, it was not worth it. Unfortunate
Pros:

The hotel staff, especially the gentleman at check-in, was phenomenal and very helpful. He answered all my questions and provided useful information about breakfast and airport transportation.
What I did not like was that some areas could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

What I did not like was the dimly lit room, lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, and being bitten throughout the night, which made my sleep very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Did not like the property at all

Cons:

No one understood English when asked anything , probably very presentable , no good lightning in the hotel , didn’t have small towels , bar area barely was open for water or etc

Pros:

me gusto el servicio, la atención al detalle y calidez del personal, el desayuno tipo bufett estuvo muy bueno, una muy buena ubicacion y facilidades dentro del establecimiento, muy recomendado.

Not much. Front desk staff was okay.

Cons:

The area is in an unsafe location, one street to the north where a casino is located. has gangs, drug dealers, and ladies of the night out on the street.
First appearance of hotel. Needs front area and entrance upgrades.
After ck-n step into the elevator, found very dirty with trash.
Once in room. Found floor to be what looked like ashes. In the evening, for shower found mold on the tile floor corners along glass wall. Mold around shower control. Mold in behind the fake plastic tiles. Under the sink counter, dirty and dusty.

First afternoon Informed front desk staff housekeeping had never come by to clean. They never did show up.
Finally, on the morning, I was leaving housekeeping showed up.

The morning breakfasts were not worth the extra that was paid during room booking. Hot food was cold, coffee was cold, eggs looked as cooked the night before. Breads stale, tosters barely worked ( pushed down three times to get bread to brown ). Juices 5% juice 95% water. Area somewhat clean but needs improved.

Economico pero con un entorno poco agradable en cuanto a lo edilicio y limpieza
Pros:

El desayuno
Está cerca de una estación de metro, iglesia del Carmen
La calle donde está ubicado es un tanto oscura y poco limpia

Cons:

No tenía ventanas para abrir y así olor a humedad
El ascensor no funcionaba correctamente
La escalera de emergencia estaba muy sucia

SE PUEDE SER MAS DECARADO Y DESHONESTO EN CUESTIONES DE TURISMO, ES DECIR SI USTED LLEGA Y LE DAN LA HABITACION SIENTASE MAS QUE AFORTUNADO, DE LO CONTRARIO SALGA A LA HORAS QUE SEA CON TODAS SUS MALETAS, NIÑOS, ANCIANOS O CON QUIEN VAYA, A VER DONDE ENCUENTRA UN HOTEL PARA RESERVAR.
