Parked the car no problem. They gave us a bottle of prosecco and sweet towel arrangement on the bed for our anniversary.
Room was so small I kept stubbing my toe on the desk when getting up in the middle of the night. The wardrobe was only half size so I had to leave my dress hanging out the front and my change of clothes in the bag! The room was the smallest we have ever stayed in at the Gonville. Bar staff were okay but very inexperienced - which is fine but when there is only 2 serving I think it puts a strain on the staff when its busy. Beers not good and the champagne was served up in a clunky old Pub style glass - tacky for an expensive drink.

Very slow check-in process, sent to room 3 twice without a working key. Room had an unpleasant smell, most likely from AC.

Property was in a great location, room was comfortable and the Bentley ride was a lovely addition.
Breakfast was good but everything was often empty even to the point of asking for cups and plates and basic items like orange juice . I felt the re stocking of items needed to be one staff members responsibility rather than each one trying to do bits . Also in the evening we had to wait a while to get service for a drink , the manager of the bar said they were busy so maybe staffing is an issue 🤔

Wonderful staff and a comfortable 2 night stay with great air conditioning. Super location and only a short walk across Parkers Piece park to the town centre.
The bathroom was adequate but rather on the small side. The lift was out of service but the staff lift was made available although not for check out on Sunday.
Ya es la segunda vez que me hospedo. El cuarto es cómodo (su cama también) limpio. Tiene buena ubicación. El personal muy atento y agradable. Me atendió Ana ( creo que así se llamaba) muy amorosa.
