Location very central to everywhere.

Clean & comfy room.
One thing in room wasn't easy was the wardrobe. Short clothing like tops fit but not dresses, rail is above tea/coffe tray. Take that out but the rail is not horizontal in wardrobe, it goes front to back and if you are small you have to go on tip toes!
Lovely decor, great location, lovely feel to hotel. Staff great.
Reception said there was no plug hole for the bath so not usable. Strange for a hotel like this!
Location
This place is in desperate need for a refurb. Don't get blinded by the Bentleys parked outside, they are owned by the hotel and they are in the same shape as the hotel itself.
The staff were very welcoming at the desk and the overall look of the hotel was clean and nicely presented.
The breakfast was excellent apart from the dry hash browns, there was a huge choice on offer, and we were walk ins and that was no problem for a busy Sunday service.
Steamer and hairdryer in the room is always a plus!
We had a drink at the bar, and the staff weren’t very friendly when I was being served, and the cocktails weren’t very nice in the end so we retired to our room.
The room was single glazed and it was so cold in the night. The walls were also very thin so we could hear our neighbours and doors slamming in the night.
It felt quite expensive for one night with breakfast at an additional £20 pp.

Ideal location halfway between the train station and city centre, nice room good breakfast. If you have the chance do the free Bentley tour
Staff were very personable and helpful. Particularly young staff who were more than happy to go out of their way to help. Thank you.
The plumbing in our room was not working properly on the first day meaning we couldn’t use our room for the entire day. Also the toilets, in the breakfast/bar area were stuffy and not well ventilated. Not pleasant.
