No sheets/pillows for the pull out couch

When I brought it to the desks attention they offered HALF off breakfast. Ridiculous!
And it cost $500. Rip off.

Not much, it is attached to the PPL center.
The set up of the hotel/parking garage makes no sense. My sister is in a wheelchair and we had to take 4 different elevators and go through a maze of hallways to get to our room. There were no signs on the floor our room was on so we had a hard time finding it. It was not easy carrying bags and pushing a chair at the same time while navigating the maze. The hotel is accessible, but only if the disabled individual is not traveling alone. I even messaged the property ahead of time to ask if it was easy to navigate because my sister was in a wheelchair. They stated it was, but that was not true. We paid for a city view room but all we could see out of our window was a wall. The room had trash on the floor and the blankets had rips and tears in them like they were old. We ordered room service for breakfast and they did not bring silverware. I requested to get some and no one ever brought any so the food got cold while we waited. $71 breakfast unable to eat, portions were very small as well.

This hotel has lost all respect from me to be honest rooms were somewhat decent but not like in the past. Seems as if they just changed the sheets and didn't change the duvet cover. Also, a worker named Marilyn because i heard someone say her name was super rude the whole time on her phone walking and holding a conversation very loudly. Didn't know if I could approach her due to her tone. Also i was exiting to go to 711 and she was fighting with a girl that seemed like it was her partner. So not professional at all.
