Pros:

El personal de recepción en ambos turnos fue muy agradable y servicial, creo que eso dio un plus a la estancia que tuvimos, ya que en todo momento nos apoyaron con sugerencias de comida, ligares a visitar y que es hospedarnos ahi fuera algo muy grato

Las habitaciones, es muy lindo el lugar, tiene buenas vistas, la piscina es grande y tiene agua caliente

nunca regresare a ese hotel con basura, ruido y mal desayuno, no lo recomiendo.
Pros:

solo le puedo dar puntos por las camas que son muy comodas y la habitacion esta bonita pero la cocineta no sirve de nada, no tiene parrilla, no cuenta con utensilios, ni un plato por lo menos, la habitacion olia a tabaco, habia un panal de avispas en la parte del balcon

Cons:

las albercas estan muy sucias, no tienen espacio como para estar ahi, les faltan sillas por lo menos para estar ahi, el area comun esta con basura, la tienda tiene poco surtido y es muy caro comprar ahi adentro, hubo huespedes que estubieron con musica hasta las 2 de la mañana y nadie de la administración se aparecio para que bajaran su escandalo, todo se escucha por tener las habitaciones muy juntas, yo tenia una junior suite y no me parecio para nada bien, el desayuno frio, insipido, el peor cafe. no hubo nada que agradecer excepto la comodidad de las camas.

Reservaré si vuelvo a tener evento en Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos
Pros:

Desayuno correcto. Estacionamiento en la calle amplio. Emisión de factura adecuado. Servicio de llevar mesa y sillas a la alberco muy extraño pero funcional

Aspecto general descuidado. Limpieza a medias. En la Junior Suite, aparatos sin conectar y alguno fuera de servicio... nadie del personal lo explicó... Sin servicio de taxis..., Restaurante solo para atender desayuno..., En la habitación normal la alfombra con aspecto sucio ...
