Decent enough but water was an issue.
Pros:

Great location. Quiet.

Cons:

No hot water, was barely lukewarm. Attendant said they use a shared water heater so when everyone is back at the hotel to shower, the water gets cold. We showered anywhere from 6-8 am and 4-9pm and had cold water.

Bathtubs, not a good design especially for older guest. Need more grab rails. Bathtub floor was slippery.

Great Stay! Stayed here on last night of our 4 day trip. First 3 nights stayed in Pigeon Forge and wished we had staye
Pros:

First time to stay here. Staff very friendly! Room was clean. Great location to walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Very relaxing room to sit on porch/balcony of room overlooking the river. Will Definitely stay here again!

Nice relaxing stay
Pros:

It was very quite. Very nice, every evening/night we was able to sit on our balcony and relax to the sound of the river. The shower water pressure was awesome.
