We enjoyed our stay and would use again.
Pros:

The location is excellent, a short walk from all the activities in Gatlinberg. I booked a river view room, this gave a pleasant aspect, the pool was small but clean, we used it and enjoyed it.

Cons:

The parking is tight but we always found a space, the breakfast was typical US motel fare but the area used was small. The room decor was tired but the room was clean and everything functioned.
