Cleanliness
8.9
Generally reported as spotless in multiple reviews (clean bathrooms, overall hotel cleanliness), though isolated notes mention unclean room walls and harsh body soap causing dryness.
Service
9.2
Staff repeatedly described as very kind, polite, helpful (carried luggage to rooms, friendly greetings, attentive), with only a single mention of some security concerns.
Location
9.3
Frequently praised for being very well located near the station and convenient for Enoshima; several guests highlighted the great location.
Room Quality
7.1
Mixed feedback: capsule beds often fine and comfortable for many, but rooms are very small with limited seating; futon on the floor and very thin mattresses in 3-person rooms led to notable complaints.
Amenities
8.4
Lobby offers complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, cocoa) and basic amenities are present; some guests noted fewer amenities than before (missing bath salts/packs) and limited laundry facilities.
Value for Money
8.7
Overall seen as good value by many reviewers (recommended, clean, convenient), despite issues like laundry reliability and occasional room comfort problems.
Food and Beverage
8.2
No bar or expanded F&B offerings were noted as a disappointment by some, but the generous complimentary lobby drinks were appreciated.
Overall Experience
9
Majority of reviews report a very positive stay (comfortable, clean, friendly staff, would stay again), with a few operational/comfort drawbacks mentioned.

Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable visit.

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood – a perfect starting point for exploring. I was also able to use a shower just for myself, which made my stay even more convenient.

Truly wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next when I'm in Kamakura. The hotels dedication to making every guest feel at home and cared for is truly remarkable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this hotel – it was a 5-star experience in every way! Thank you again for everything! ♡
