Love La Rochelle

Brilliant view from our room across the rooftops, very comfy room, the breakfast is wonderful made by mum. Loved the stay here tried to get back a couple days later but all booked up, im not suprised.

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil et l'emplacement très central.

Cons:

Une chambre dont le confort ne correspondait en rien à la prestation lors de ma réservation. J'évoque le niveau de confort de la salle de bain et l'absence de balcon. Une salle de bain présentée avec une cabine de douche et une belle vasque mais en réalité un simple rideau de douche et une vasque simple sans espace de rangement. Le camping à 139 € ! Sans parler du fait qu'on nous culpabilise en nous disant qu'il fallait le dire avant et que les clients pris en direct semblent mieux lotis que les clients Booking ! Bref, tout est de notre faute !

Noisy neighbours

Nice central hotel.

Cons:

There were guests in another room that was open to the central courtyard. These guests where noisy and talked until 3am in the morning. It sounded like they were in the room with us as there is no aircon you need the Windows open. Once they finished talking at 3am they then started vomiting loudly until we left at 5.30 am with no sleep. I do understand it's not the hotel fault but if you can't get any sleep it's no point having a hotel room.

La localisation, la propreté, l'accueil. L'établissement est idéalement situé, décoration du hall rétro moderne. L'accès aux chambres simple,efficace. L'hôtesse est de bon conseil.

Peut être la peinture qui s'écaille sur l'armoire, et la tête de lit en tissu pour des questions d'hygiène.
La décoration de notre chambre n'était pas folle mais propre.

Excellente adresse.
Pros:

Petit hôtel parfait et très bien situé dans La Rochelle.
L’accueil est très sympathique.
La proximité de la place de Verdun et son grand parking simplifient le sejour.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Juste, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est un peu raide. Mais nous avons été aidés pour monter les valises.

Hôtel familial très bien placé dans une rue très calme malgré la proximité avec le port. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec plein de produits faits maison. Le personnel est adorable. À recommander !
