The bed was tiny
Tv was size of postage stamp
The toilet room holder was in mad place and kept banging our elbow on it

I had emailed in advance to check that they could provide a gluten free and dairy free continental breakfast.

I received an email assuring me that gluten free cereals and bread were available and soya milk.

We went to breakfast and met quite unhelpful staff who initially asked if my two daughters wanted white or brown toast. They then said they only had a few slices of brown gluten free bread which was duly toasted

There were no gluten free cereals or soya milk available so they both had two slices of gluten free bread toast and a glass of fruit juice for £13. One of my daughters did ask for fried egg and was initially told that's an extra £3 which your lovely receptionist didn't charge us for on leaving.

Considering the fact that they had so much notice (I booked ages ago) the breakfast for me was fine but so disappointing for my daughters. Had we known that no effort was being made to provide a reasonable breakfast for the price we would have not included it and bought something delicious and at similar cost else in London.

We are all really disappointed with it. The coffee wasn't great either as it was cold.

Sorry wouldn't recommend this to other GF/dairy sensitive folk.

Bed was lumpy, room was hot, no air con or fan, expensive for what it was

Room is small, probably would have felt roomier if the bed was placed in a corner of the room. I arrived during the severe heatwaves that hit London last week and could barely open the window the get any relief (the window was bolted in so couldn't open it all the way). No AC. I traveled for business so it was not as comfortable of a stay as I would have wished.

The continental breakfast wasn’t great not a big selection no fresh breads

There was no air conditioning in the room. It was a very hot day and night. A fan was provided but it was very noisy.

Rooms like ovens, 2 ill working fans

Var der under hetebølgen og hotellet hadde ikkje aircondition, noe som gjorde det uutholdelig om kvelden/natten da det var rundt 40°c på rommet. Et annet minus var at det var opplyst ved bestilling av rom at frukost var inkludert, men siden eg hadde bestilt via booking.no var det «kun» tørre skiver med ost og skinke som pålegg. Savnet litt mer utvalg.

Room was small , hot and stuffy windows only open about 6 inches , never sweated so much in my life , booking said breakfast included but was only continental, full English is £13.50 extra , they did honour us a full English on the second day when they realised I paid £1200 for 3 rooms but breakfast was terrible , expected better for the price we paid

La chambre était situé sous l’accueil de l’établissement et ça été très bruyant pour nous. Valises qui roulent surtout.

Hotellihuone oli helteellä todella kuuma. Mannermainen aamiainen oli mielestäni varsin vaatimaton.

1、酒店好像是老式住宅改造的，晚上地板发出响声，很害怕。2、酒店分为欧陆式早晨和Full English Breakfast，最好可以现场选择早餐。3、欧陆式早餐，toast和tea是免费的，这个没有明确标注。我们一直以为是收费项目。

It was too hot and just one small fen, no air conditions, the price is high for the hotel no air conditioning
Breakfast is included but if you book trew hotel you have English breakfast, if you want eggs you need to pay extra. Booked with booking it's just continental breakfast, why selection???
But it's just small complaint. I would like to go back but not when is 30C no air conditioning .
