quite a decent little budget option
Pros:

Room was fine. Small as expected, not like they don't say that though. Elevator worked. Good hot water. Continental breakfast wasn't exciting but sufficient to purpose (eg a bit of bread and butter, coffee, juice, etc), rather cute that they make the toast for you and bring you your pot of tea - it's a small thing, but it's the sort of nice touch that sets an otherwise-budget-y place apart. The place is a little old but it's fine, I didn't feel like it was shabby or anything. Person at the desk was quite friendly.

Cons:

Not much, really. Note that there are a couple steps into the building if that's an issue for you. The heat wasn't on, but I guess also it wasn't that chilly that night either.

Habitacion 404 muy pequena. Nos cobraron 5 libras por cada bulto que dejamos el dia del check out por dejarlas en recepcion 5h antes de irnos, es la primera vez que me pasa y ademas no lo anuncian en ningun sitio. Nos parecio un detalle muy feo

Generally, a pleasant place to stay
Pros:

The location is great; the breakfast was excellent, fresh and plentiful; the lift was a blessing, and staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Our room was an attic room. It was clean, but uncomfortably stuffy, especially at night when we had to use a small fan to keep the air circulating. Hard to put up with for three nights and was a 'spoiler' for a generally pleasant stay.

OK, not great, not terrible
Pros:

Skvelá lokácia. Izba bola teplá, priestranná, naozaj bolo dosť miesta sa hýbať, postele veľmi pohodlné a jednoduchý check-in a check-out. Posteľné bolo čisté a izba bola uprataná, ocenili sme snacks a kávu na izbe. Wifi bola tiež OK.

Cons:

Staff na raňajkách čistá katastrofa, hrozný prístup. Raňajky ako také tiež veľmi slabé, chabé. Kúpeľňa nebola dostatočne čistá, na strope sme videli cudzie vlasy a chlpi po príchode a zariadenie sa polo-rozpadávalo.

Pros:

I was upgraded to a double room which was a really good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had the added bonus of a fridge. The continental breakfast was included and provided the usual items. The location was good for Hyde park and local attractions and plenty of nearby underground stations. No shortage of places to eat.

Cons:

The tv was a little small for the size of the room and you have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast when booking through an online agent like booking.com

I wouldn't let that put you off though. This is a good hotel and ai would stay again.

Äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit
Tolle Lage; man ist in kürzester Zeit an allen U-Bahnen und das nächste Parkhaus ist ca 10 Min entfernt

Great stay ❤️
Pros:

Great location for everything including Hyde Park
Room was great and very clean

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed during the 2 hottest days in June 2026 and although it was clear that there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room a fan was supplied but it was extremely hot in the room! Nothing could be done but I will definitely reconsider going again if it’s that hot again! Otherwise I would highly recommend it!!

Szép, kényelmes nagy szoba, jó felszereltség. A samponok es szappanok utánpótlása mindennapos volt.
A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész.
A kontinentális reggeli nem igazan választékos, de bőséges és finom, jó minőségű. Tea viszont csak zold es fekete volt - ezt sajnáltam, eppen Londonban, az ember arra számít hogy teából legalabb bőséges valasztekot kap.
