Favorite hotel
Pros:

Hotel Monopol has been a favorite for many years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Privately owned hotel with years of history. Friendly staff comfortable rooms. Great location.

Sadly due to family & work we've not been able to visit as often as we'd like these last couple of year.

Cons:

Like everything about this hotel.
However I do find it difficult to get out of the hot tub!

Cons:

No aircon.
Bed was broken
Fan didn't work properly
Very noisy till 3 in the morning
Couldn't open window for fresh air.
Checked out the next morning after the first night.

Ubicación, recepción horario sin problema. Amabilidad.

Se oia ruido de estar haciendo reformas de noche. Algun bicho vi en esta escala por el pasillo.

Comodidad y buena atención
Pros:

El trato del personal, en todo momento. Tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación , por fallo en la cobertura de mi móvil y del wifi del local, y buscaron la forma, de solucionarme el problema, y me hicieron un cambio de habitación, a una superior , sin coste alguno. Gran implicación del personal de Recepción, de ambos turnos . Zona piscina espectacular, para relajarte, y un buffet desayuno, bastante amplio.

Ideale per un soggiorno a Puerto della Cruz per 1 o 2 giorni al massimo.
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una zona pedonale. Ci si arriva solo a piedi oppure con un TAXI; se si arriva in auto occorre trovare prima un parcheggio, cosa molto molto molto difficile. E' una struttura storica riattata +/- negli anni ottanta ed abbastanza bene conservata. Molto buona la colazione per varietà e abbondanza bella la piscina in copertura e la jacuzzi (max. 4persone), buono il servizio ristorante esterno all'hotel, zona centrale comoda per fare 2 passi in centro e molto comoda per il trenino LORO PARQUE.

Cons:

Wi-Fi in camera scadente; buono nelle aree comuni, bagno pulito ma molto vecchio. Scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza... Manca l'aria condizionata.
