Habitación en muy mal estado.
Very comfortable and right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz.
Also very close to some important historical sites in the town, a perfect location for those who want to explore nearby

Lage zentral. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zu Restaurants.
Die gebuchte Suite war kahl, sehr sparsam eingerichtet, die Fenster der Kochecke mussten mit Zeitung beklebt werden um Einsicht zu verhindern. Im Eingangsbereich fehlten Gardarobehaken und wurden erst nach Reklamation angebracht. Auch im Bad fehlen Haken und Badetücher mussten über die Glas Abtrennung der Dusche geworfen werden
Reklamationen kamen nicht in der Rezeption an.
