Property Description

The Monopol is truly a different hotel. Full of character and old world charm. Situated in an open pedestrian area in the vicinity of the three loveliest town squares, just a few minutes walk from the old town and the sea, near the colorful flower market. The façade greets you with canarian wooden balconies. Beyond the reception area a typical patio, where palm trees and tropical creepers climb up to the glass roof, surrounded on all sides by hand-carved verandas, invites you to stay awhile.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the Studio, the Suite, and the Superior Twin Room with City View.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfekt unperfekter Traum von einem Hotel! Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zur Costa Martianez oder zum Playa Jardín gelaufen. Zum Plaza del Charco sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Im Frühstücksraum war es nie zu laut oder überfüllt. Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sie sprechen gut Englisch und Deutsch. Die Gestaltung des Hotels ist insgesamt wunderschön, überall kann man kleine, hübsche Details entdecken. Der Patio ist malerisch und "typisch kanarisch".

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer hatte ich keinen guten WLAN- und Digital-TV - Empfang. Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen.

Das Frühstück könnte gerne mehr wechseln zum Beispiel nicht nur Spiegelei sondern gerne auch mal Rührei oder omlett

CENTRICO, BONITO Y AGRADABLE
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica, cerca del paseo de la playa. Además el patio interior es muy bonito y agradable. Tiene ese aire de los años 20 muy atractivo. El desayuno era variado y había opciones saludables. El recepcionista Oliver me pareció muy profesional. Aunque no pude disfrutar de la piscina, tenía vistas al mar.

Cons:

El colchón de la primera habitación que me dieron estaba hundido y era incómodo. Al comentarlo en recepción, me cambiaron de habitación y se solucionó el problema.

Schönes historisches Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Der rustikale Eingangsbereich sehr schön und einmalig mit all den Pflanzen, sehr schön zum Verweilen mit einem Cocktail. Das Personal, vorallem der nette Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten für 1 Nacht das Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon gebucht und hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade mit Meerblick bekommen, sehr gut.
Das Zimmer an sich ist soweit ok, und sehr sauber, aber das Bad müsste mal wieder renoviert werden. Die Lage ist top.
Der Pool mit dem Jacuzzi top.
Die Sauna ist an einigen Stellen undicht, müsste mal erneuert werden.
Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend und der Service dort sehr aufmerksam.
Sehr schönes historisches Hotel und das Preis/ Leistungverhältnis passt
Wie würden wieder kommen.
