Perfect stay in a modern but stylish hotel
Pros:

Fine modern hotel with a hint of art deco. Pleasant rooms with windows that can be opened (important for me) and well equiped. Excellent location near Gendarmenmarkt and friendly staff. Extensive breakfast unfortunately not with fresh orange juice.

Housekeeping nicht konstant. Frühstück überlaufen, Standardangebot, alles auf Self-Service ausgelegt.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut und frisch…ausreichend für Jedermann und Frau…bei besonderen Wünschen bzw. Allergien ist man allerdings besser beraten, wenn sich selbst organisiert..

Cons:

Reklamationsmanagement ist leider überhaupt nicht 4 Sterne …schade, dass damit so „lasch“ umgegangen wird..

Das Personal ist sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und umsichtig.
Toller Service von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Restaurant und Bar haben sehr überzeugt, auch hier toller Service und hochwertige Qualität.

Great location, superb service. Definitely stay again.
Pros:

Upgraded with €20 per night, which I thought it was reasonable, and was able to check in and could go to room at 11am. Good choices of breakfast, busy but there are always tables available, attentive staff, excellent service.
Comfortable bed, spaces room. The room 121 was on the 1st Floor but facing to a courtyard which was pleasant and quiet. No bath, shower is rather small but ok. Location was superb. 5 mins from Staatsoper Inter den Linden, Great book shop, all museum around the corner, as well as Tube, bus, tram. Bar serves good selection of drinks.

Cons:

I had to order bottles of water everyday, as they don't provide them after refreshing a room.
Bathroom floor had several spots marks, which I could't clean them off. ( I tried as I thought they didn't clean it properly!)
Very minor issue, but towels could be better quality.
Concierge was knowledgeable, but he didn't mention how to buy a tram ticket. (You need coins!) So we were issued with a fine which was very annoying. Now I had to argue my case with BVG rather than paying €60 fine!

Gutes Frühstück im gemütlichen Raum!
Zentrale Lage, gute Bus-Anbindung zum Hbf.

Cons:

Fürs Frühstück konnten Tische vor-reserviert werden - befremdlich! Alle Seitentische und Fensterplätze waren reserviert - die Gäste kamen erst kurz vor Schluss!
Bitte unbedingt ändern!
Wir mussten an großen Tischen sitzen - Sofa zu niedrig und unbequem!

Bom - Com pontos pra melhoria.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de metrô, com uma decoração geral muito bonita e ambientes agradáveis. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade de opções. Os funcionários são atenciosos, educados e prestativos.

Cons:

Os dois pontos que acredito que precisam ser melhorados, considerando o nível do hotel, são:

1) Colchão: O colchão foi um ponto negativo da estadia. Cheguei a solicitar a troca de quarto, porém o problema permaneceu, pois o colchão continuava desconfortável. Recomendo uma renovação dos colchões, com modelos mais novos e de melhor qualidade, para proporcionar uma experiência mais adequada aos hóspedes.

2) Limpeza: A limpeza também poderia receber mais atenção. Em alguns aspectos, pareceu um pouco superficial, sendo importante reforçar o cuidado com os detalhes para manter o padrão esperado de um hotel desse nível.
