Werde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr buchen.

Super zentrale Lage fast am Gendarmenmarkt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Hab mir jede Nacht die Knie am Kofferbock angehauen. Außerdem keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet auch immer schon ziemlich abgefuttert als wir dort waren. Concierge unfähig ein Taxi zu buchen, so dass wir irgendwann aufgegeben und über 10 Kilometer mit Über Bike geradelt sind. House Keeping auch unfähig, haben ein halbvolles Glas Bier vom Vorabend stehen lassen.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal im Herzen Berlins.
Pros:

DAs Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es gab eine große Auswahl und es konnte zusätzlich zwischen verschiedenen direkt zubereiteten Gerichten gewählt werden.

Es war sehr schön im Titanic Hotel.
Pros:

Es hat mir gut gefallen, dass das Personal ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die gute Seele überhaupt und insbesondere beim Frühstück war Herr Steffen Geßner, deshalb an ihn -vielen Dank für alles! (F&B Operations Manager) . Auch Herr Lorenzen hat uns sofort Kofferständer besorgt, da es in unserem Zimmer nur einen gab und wir mehr brauchten-auch klasse- hat man nicht so oft, dass das so gut funktioniert. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben uns geschmacklich vom Ambiente nicht ganz so gefallen und es gab insgesamt zu wenig Abstellflächen gab, insbesondere für die Koffer und auch im Schrank nicht. Allerdings hat mich sehr gestört, dass der gesamte Betrag für die Übernachtungen etwa 10 Tage vorher komplett abgebucht wurde. Das mögen wir überhaupt nicht, deshalb hätte ich das Hotel auch trotz der guten Dinge nicht ausgesucht, aber wir waren eine Gruppe und jemand anderes hat es ausgesucht. Ich zahle lieber vor Ort und dann auch erst am Ende der Reise und nicht schon vorher, insbesondere nicht, wenn man das Hotel nicht kennt. Man kann ja trotzdem eine Stornofrist haben bzw. Stornogebühr abbuchen, wenn man nicht anreist.

Dejligt ophold som sædvanligt.
Pros:

Hotellet har den bedst tænkelige beliggenhed for mig tæt på Staatsoper Unter den Linden og Bebelplatz, hvor der skulle være den store årlige friuftkoncert. Personalet er meget venligt, især morgenmadschefen, Herr Steffen, er en perle, der husker alt fra mine tidigere besøg og deler min begejstring for hunde !

Cons:

Selvom mit værelse var et dobbetværelse, var der kun en eneste stol, der ikke var særlig behagelig. Kontakterne til sengebeysningen kunne ikke nås fra sengen.
