Pros:

Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Wie wurden von den meisten Hotelmitarbeitern sehr zuvorkommend behandelt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war leider geschlossen. In der Bar bekam man einen Snack, wenn das Personal sich nicht gerade gelangweilt unterhielt. Es waren nur sehr wenige Gäste dort, aber man musste trotzdem über 15 Minuten warten und dem Personal beim Unterhalten zusehen. Uns hat man über 20 Euro zu viel abgezogen. Ich bekam das Geld nach meiner Reklamation zwar zurück, aber kein Wort der Entschuldigung.

Beautiful decor, really comfortable beds, nice safety system on elevators, easy check in and out, friendly staff.

The cleaning ladies didnt know english, but they were really sweet so its okay.

Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Für den Preis gibt es immer wieder ganz andere Hotels.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind SEHR klein für ein 5 Sterne haus!
Es was extrem staubig, wegen meiner Stauballergie hatte ich enorme Probleme.
Die Bettdecken war viel zu schwer uns warm.
Keine Kaffeemaschine a d Zimmer- wie letztes Mal..
Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig- im Gegensatz zum vorletzten Mal- schade... Kaum interessante Varianten. Trauben, Wassermelone und Orangen als Obst-
Kein interessanter Käse,- Darreichung der Aufschnitt und Käsevarianten auf Tellern . Dann der Opa mit dem Bratpfannen... er nimmt viel zu viel Öl... es schwimmt alles darin..Kein Bacon!... Keine schmackhaften Obstsorten Datteln etc. Der Service ist nett, aber kaum zu schaffen für die Kellner! Der Maitre war sehr hilfsbereit, lustig und freundlich! Aber das Frühstück kann man nicht empfehlen!

Beautiful and cozy stay
Pros:

The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, with all the facilities thay someone needs. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of types of food. The location is very safe and quiet close to the buses amd trains. I am looking forward to coming back here.
