Perfect and excellent staff.
Pros:

Nice hotel, very close to Watford Junction station so ideal for our trip. Excellent staff, warm and friendly in every department. Really enjoyed it.

Pros:

We picked this hotel based in its proximity to a train station, and it ticked the box being a stones throw away from Watford junction station, great travel times to both Warner brothers studios (less than 15minutes) and hopping on the train to Euston station (16 - 22 minutes depending on which train you travel on)

The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was decent and we couldn't hear any other guests.

Cons:

Pillows could have been a bit better they were a bit lumpy. But that's the only negative that me and and mine had.

Terrible management- rooms overbooked, rude manager

Cons:

Our room was overbooked therefore we were told to cancel the room or be downgraded but pay the same price. Manager was rude and unaccommodating. Will not book again

Preislich ok, aber eben kein vier Sterne Comfort.

Die Lage und insgesamt das Preisleistungsverhältnis waren insgesamt ok.

Cons:

Insgesamt für ein 4 Sterne Hotel abgewohnt. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sobald irgendjemand auf der ersten/zweiten Etage duschen geht, ein lautes durchdringendes Pfeifgeräusch entsteht. Zudem sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten den Großbildschirm des hoteleigenen Pubs vor dem Fenster, so dass es trotz Gardinen sehr hell war. Und insgesamt macht auch die Umgebung, der Carpark, einen eher unaufgeräumten Eindruck.

Served it’s purpose for a very enjoyable overnights stay
Pros:

Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, good location.

Cons:

The bathroom was tired especially the architrave in the shower room where it was rotten from moisture. The hand rails were also corroded.
