Pros:

Perfect stay.
Pros:

20 minutes from London by train. Great location. Every one was nice. English breakfast was great. We also had dinner twice in the hotel and the food was better than elsewhere. Also, for the 20 minute train ride from London it cost third of what it would’ve in the city. All the facilities were perfect.

Cons:

It’s a tiny thing - almost not worth mentioning. But anyway. Better TV channels would’ve been appreciated. Down at the restaurant they had good ones but up in our room it was very few to choose from- they were not the same as downstairs.
Still, this is basically nit picking. Our stay was great.

Great location, disappointed with check-in delay.
Pros:

Great location, near Watford Junction Station and close to Watford Shopping Centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was not ready until almost 2 hours after the check-in time.

Great room, comfortable beds, nice lounge, perfect location for train to Wembley or Euston

I’ve stayed here a lot before. Relaxing lounge area. Comfortable clean room, perfect location

Cons:

The only thing I would improve is that each time we come down late for breakfast (9am today) all the breakfast has run out. I had to ask for clean cutlery and wait for it to be washed and dried, I had to ask for more eggs to be cooked, for milk for my cereal. Everything had been run down and not restocked but yet breakfast was meant to be on till 10. I think this is poor

Great location for Harry Potter studio tour. Very handy car park. Clean and comfortable

Restaurant staff were so friendly and gave us lots of information of how to get to where we needed to be.
Even made my daughter a birthday platter.
