La proximité avec la gare.
Très pratique pour se rendre au centre de Londres et l’arrêt de bus pour aller au studio Harry potter

The hotel was nice for an overnight stay
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable , outdoor terrace was nice, reception staff were friendly, car parking was good , hotel was near the Harry Potter transport

Staff couldn’t care less and lazy. Needs to improve drastically.

Location in relation to Watford Junction trains into London and close to Watford shopping centre

Cons:

No working safe in room and no fridge in room. It’s unacceptable not to have these working in every room in this day and age. I’m not putting my medication in the BAR fridge as they suggested - it could be tampered with. Then TV in room wouldn’t turn off and had us sleeping with bright light. Informed front desk “ we have no staff to do anything”. This was a fire risk and unacceptable. Staff did not care. This was awful.

Personel. To są najważniejsze osoby, które obsługują gości hotelowych! Ich praca przekłada się na dobry, przyjemny, fajny pobyt. Śniadania? Bardzo fajne. Angielskie. I o to chodzi!
