Staff very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Being told that we'd paid a premium rate for the room!!
They gave us a room upgrade and and a complimentary drink at the bar.
Booking.com should have competitive rates, or refund if overcharging customers!
Makes me think twice about using this site again.
