Pros:

Buffet evening meal was organised for our team- we were very well cared for and all of our specific requirements were exceeded. Special mention to Alfred who went above and beyond.

Pros:

Saturday 25th July, we had a big group served at dinner by a wonderful gentleman I think he was called Alfred but apologies if not (his name badge was tiny!!) and his female colleague. They were both polite and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. They both deserve a pay rise and extra holiday.

Alfred is a gem amongst all the staff
Pros:

Stayed here as part of a large group for a local event, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special mention goes to Alfred who was in charge of the sorting out breakfast and dinner, not only did he meticulously organise meals based on allergies and special dietary requirements her also served dinners that evening and made sure everyone was taken care of. Thoroughly recommend here to stay especially if going to the nearby Excel
