Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Dejlig store og lyse lejlighed med plads til hele familien (5). Fin rengøring, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden var god og varieret.

Goed hotel aan de rivier waarlangs je heel fijn kunt wandelen naar de oude stad
Pros:

Ligging aan de rivier en mooie kamer met goede douche. Balkon zodat we extra konden genieten van het uitzicht over de stad

Cons:

Zwembad is mooi, maar weinig en oude ligbedjes.
Ontbijt met alleen lokale koffie en thee. Een koffie machine of in elk geval alleen heet water met theezakjes zou fijn zijn

Ok for those who doesn’t spend much time in the room or hotel.

Dated . Head board for bed badly stained
Bath tub took an hour to fill and water was siping out on the floor near the wc.
Operator either doesn’t pick up or took very long to pick up calls

Pros:

Location in Melaka centre and also the balcony

Cons:

the room getting wet the moment open the window maybe because facing river and there is humidity create inside the room environment
