Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Pros:

I love breakfast here. Laksa nonya so marvelous and delicious. Room very comfortable and good value.

Cons:

Nothing much just the pool park is quite dirty because of pigeons. The environment is not good for children healthy.

Cons:

Why was the room's flooring always very wet? I think the bathroom's ventilation was not working. I did not know how to switch on the tv program, this really put me off. Never in my experiences of staying in a hotel and I was not able to watch any program. There is no room service for food. I wanted to add on an extra bed and I had to go down to the reception to make the payment which I think is rediculous. Why couldn't the hotel bring the portable credit card machine to the room? I suggest you make use of toiletries in bottles for the sake of convenience. There is no small towel.

Very nice hotel and rooms, but high humidity in the rooms
Pros:

Krásný a moderní hotel, prostorné pokoje. Dobrá nabídka na snídani, ale bylo by fajn rozšířit nabídku dezertů.

Cons:

Ačkoli byli pokoje hezké, moderní a prostorné, byli hrozně vlhké. Všechno oblečení, které jsme s sebou měli nepříjemně zvlhlo. V pokoji byla vlhkost cítit.
