Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.
A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación era perfecta porque está más a menos de un kilómetro de el centro de la ciudad y de Jonker Street.

Cons:

Los muebles de la habitación son bien si no se cerraban y el sensor de luz no se apagaba. La piscina no estaba limpia y los cristales del exterior tampoco lo que hacía que las pistas de melaca no fueran todo lo bonito que podían ser

I will consider this hotel for the next trip provided the price is on promo.
Pros:

All except for fruits. Just in an airconditioned room, citrus smell just didnt allow me to eat in peace.

Cons:

Pillow. I slept only around 3 hours each nigh of 3 nights stay. 1 is too shallow, 2 is too high.

Su ubicación y las piscinas.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños, y nos pusieron 2 toallas. Al pedir más toallas nos dijeron que la habitación era para 2 personas y nos dieron una toalla más, nos pareció un poco cutre la verdad. La reserva la hicimos por Booking para 2 adultos y 2 niños.
