Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Mooi hotel, schoon en perfect voor kinderen
Pros:

De mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Het balkon vonden we eng met ons 3 jarig zoontje, qua veiligheid. Hij kon zelf de balkondeur openmaken.

Pool is excellent for kids.. like a mini waterpark.
Breakfast with variety of food. Recommended laksa nyonya ,must try👍
Room is clean n comfortable. I booked 2 rooms

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding hierdoor wel heel druk.
Pros:

Het hotel was comfortabel. Heerlijk bed en een heerlijke douche. Ook was het zwembad een uitkomst. Het wordt best warm in Melakka en dan is het heerlijk om af te koelen in het zwembad. Het bad is enorm groot, dus ondanks de drukte had je voldoende plek om te liggen.

Cons:

Het is echt een groot hotel met heel veel mensen. Lokatie was prima, net een klein beetje te ver uit het centrum, Namelijk een kwartier lopen. Het hotel is echt smoezelig. Het is gedateerd en heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Het ontbijt was goed. Maar er waren zoveel mensen dat het echt een eetschuur was waar veel mensen onsmakelijk aan het eten zijn.

Pros:

Overall, it was quite good. The lift/elevator was a bit slow but still acceptable. The parking is free and location is nearby morten village and river which is good spot for chills and lepak-lepak with kids

Cons:

The pool facilities are quite old, and the surrounding area was a bit dirty. There were also broken tiles inside the pool, which could pose a safety hazard for kids.

Merci pour l’attention de la manager
Pros:

Personnel attentif, il m’est arrivé un problème dans l’espace des piscines, qui n’était pas de la faute de l’hôtel, et la manager elle-même m’a emmenée à la clinique pour vérifier que je n’avais pas de souci de santé suite à cet accident.
La promenade sur le bord de rivière vaut totalement le coup pour rejoindre le centre ville de Melaka.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec balcon, très agréable. Je recommande aussi le restaurant Chef à proximité, délicieux !

Cons:

La piscine n’est vraiment pas propre.

Pros:

Proximity to the river. The semi indoor pool was lovely, and the outdoor pool too. The room was lively with a balcony which overlooked the local houses and river. The reception staff are terrific, and helpful.
