Pros:

Spacious room, very clean. Get the breakfast add on. It's worth it.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was poor. Also, we had repeated problems with key cards not working.

Extremely overpriced for what you offer.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room was about $425 per night. No refrigerator in room, limited coffee supplies in room and no pens or paper that you usually find in rooms. They have ice water downstairs but you have to ask for coffee.

Hotel of Missed Opportunities
Pros:

Hotel Indigo East Liberty is one of a limited number of options in the neighborhood. It’s probably what saves it.

The Good:

Hotel is clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Large bathrooms. There’s a bar.

The Bad:

Rooms are austere. Hard surfaces everywhere including floors. Only soft surfaces are the bed and drapes making the room sound cavernous. No chair to sit other than a rolling office chair despite there being plenty of room for a chair or sofa.

The Ugly:

Check in delayed while the front desk agent and bellman sat outside having a smoke. Front desk agent came back inside reeking of cigarette smoke. It was gross.

Neighborhood is in transition. Not sure I’d walk outside alone at night

IHG member not honored after terrible stay.
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Indigo East Liberty, Pittsburgh,PA March 17, 2026 for 1 night because I wanted to see my granddaughter’s play and visit her school the next day. My husband, mother and myself had the worst night stay at this hotel!! The beds in my room were sagging in the center and the frame was squeaky as if it wasn’t stable. Every time I turned it squeaked. My mom’s room was next to someone who was blasting their music and the lounge below was playing loud music as well. I sent a complaint and the case manager only offered 4000 points to compensate. Not free stay and the points are 1/5 of what a one night stay would be. Poor customer service towards your IHG members and I’m very disappointed!!!
