Great place, friendly staff
Pros:

The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was in a room for two nights that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I had to sleep on pillows to support my body. I was transferred to another room the third night and it was better but not super comfortable

The room was dirty. The mattress was hard. I didn’t have a TV till the next morning rude front desk is supposedly she was a manager.

Bed was the worst I have ever slept on, elevator on its last leg. Cost was high for what we got. Water pressure was pretty bad

Very nice clean room with a comfortable bed.
Pros:

Easy to get to and close to the college. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

No hot water. My shower was lukewarm to cold and I had the knob all the way on hot. No breakfast! It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast like most other hotels in the area.

Overall good but wanted water without having to purchase in the shop

Cons:

No water available to drink. Most every hotel I have stayed in has filtered water available or water dispenser. None anywhere in the hotel that I found. Also had to get ice from gallon baggies in the “shop” so no ice machine anywhere. No water machine to fill up water bottles was my biggest complaint.

Everything we needed and more, will definitely stay again when we're in Fort Collins!
Pros:

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was even better equipped than expected. The staff was excellent, so helpful and kind. We were traveling from 6 hours away to bring our dog for specialist care at CSU and our departure date changed several times. Everyone, especially Kelly, was so helpful, kind and made everything so easy during a very stressful time for our family.

Cons:

The wifi was not great, but this is common in non-luxury hotels. We were unable to stream smoothly on our devices. Not a huge issue for us personally, but some may find it a problem.

Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The entire 2nd floor smells like cigarettes. Management did nothing. The only coffee was decaf because they were waiting on a shipment of regular coffee. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. So so uncomfortable
Housekeeping was standing in the hall playing games on her phone.
The phone in out room didn't work. If there was an emergency....it would be really bad. Never never again

I wouldn't stay here again. It smelled terrible and the bed was not comfortable at all.

There was a bad smell in my room and the entire hallway. The bed was also very uncomfortable.
