A great retreat at Kurashiki.
Pros:

The deluxe family room was very spacious. The room has been recently renovated. Everything was great. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The washing machine. The two in one machines are too slow, making the queuing time almost impossibly long.

在館內遺失了一把新的雨傘，check out告知了服務櫃檯人員，她請我們留下email,沒想到離開飯店後竟然收到通知拾獲了雨傘，最後也幫忙宅配到我們指定的下一間飯店，非常感謝飯店人員貼心的服務

Super Central and you can walk anywhere around the historical center. Useful if you have a baby.

Cons:

Some of the staff still had difficulty conversing in English. But they were still nice and helpful.

リニューアルもされていて奇麗ですし、全体的に満足しました。
Pros:

道路はそばにありますが、弊を隔てているのですごく静かで眠りやすかった。

相當之優秀，雖然從倉敷車站出來要坐計程車前往較為方便，但去程也才日幣1000元~1500元算便宜。

我們這次是帶長輩住家庭房，住了四天，空間大，住起來很舒適。每天早上六點半就有早餐自助餐(優秀的日式早餐)，飯店走出去就是倉敷美觀建築群，悠閒、不用躲車，步調緩慢，走累了可以直接回飯店睡午覺，推薦可以帶長輩入住，讚!

飯店內設施完善，有大浴場、投幣機(有賣點心和三明治)，也有洗烘兩用的洗衣機，不用自己帶洗衣精，機器會自己注入洗劑，準備兩套換洗衣物就可以住四天。

飯店本身是美美的古蹟，長輩拍照拍得很開心，裡面設有伴手禮販賣部，也有超商LAWSON，真的相當便利~

飯店工作人員相當熱心，不會日文的話建議使用翻譯軟體翻成日文再給櫃檯人員看，他們不一定能夠理解英文。

Cons:

隔音不太好，不過如果早上路走得夠多，晚上是可以秒睡的，家庭房真的很舒適。

スタッフの対応は親近感があり良かったです。
お土産ショップはあまり良いのが無かったです。　食べ物が多く　🏠の飾り（アイビースクエア）を素敵にしたオブジェのような　おしゃれでスッキリセンスのがあれば良かったです。

Cons:

お部屋は一階でした。厚カーテンを開ければ駐車場やホテルの入り口から見えるような気がして　開けれませんでした。　もし　外からは見えないようになっているなら　その旨　窓の近くにでも　書いておいて下されば　安心できます。
