Die zentrale Lage desHotels, das Buffet war sehr gut, Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die deckenlampe im Bad hatgeflackert, der Tisch auf dem Balkon war dreckig,die Gäste Toilette neben dem Frühstücksraum war nicht ok, Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen im Waschbecken und kosmetiktücher zum händetrocknen lagen jeden Tag auf dem Boden.

Super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes, grosses und geschmackvoll dekoriertes Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt für Reisende, es hat ein breites Bett, ein angenehm grosses Bad, es war alles sauber. Die Lage direkt beim Bismarckplatz ist optimal, um die Altstadt zu erkunden, mit der Strassenbahn ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, wobei man die Strecke auch zu Fuss schafft. Trotz der Lage an einer grossen Strasse im Stadtzentrum konnte ich dank der doppelten Fenster gut schlafen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen beim nächsten Besuch in Heidelberg.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift im Denner Hotel, das sollte man wissen. Der Check-in drüben im Bayrischen Hof ist nur von 16 bis 20h geplant, was etwas einschränkend ist. Allerdings durften wir früher einchecken, als wir nachgefragt haben, sehr entgegenkommend.

Perfekte Lage für einen Stadtbummel bei einer Nacht in Heidelberg
Motorradparkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe
Beim Einchecken wird auf Wünsche (ruhiges Zimmer) bei der Reservierung geachtet und eine Alternative im Schwester-Hotel Bayerischer Hof angeboten.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße und der Altstadt.

Cons:

In der Buchungsbestätigung habe ich ein Foto von einem schönen Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen.
Ich habe aber ein ganz anderes bekommen, ein kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Fenster zur hinteren Straße.
Das Zimmer war schmutzig, vor allem das Badezimmer.
