Pros:

Le personnel est courtois. Malgré les nuisances sonores extérieures liées au trafic et à la proximité de la mer, l'isolation acoustique permet de bénéficier d'un environnement calme et propice au repos.

Cons:

L'absence de service de restauration en soirée nous a contraints à dîner à l'extérieur ou à recourir à des solutions de livraison. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner n'étant pas inclus dans le séjour, cette tarification additionnelle pourrait surprendre la clientèle pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Cons:

The bathroom inside the room was split and a bit awkward…the toilet room was by the entrance door, then there was a vanity outside in the bedroom and on the other side was the shower….the toilet and shower were back-to-back making it a bit inconvenient.

Charmant et agréable.
Pros:

Deuxième séjour, l'hôtel est charmant et son personnel affable. Lors du premier séjour nous avions signalé un petit problème qui a été réglé depuis, donc aussi une équipe à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, la piscine très agréable et la localisation avec parking privé au top.

Pas de climatisation une nuit épouvantable !!

L’emplacement est idéal le mobilier l’accueil la propreté

Cons:

La climatisation étais en panne dans notre chambre et soi-disant aucune solution possible pour un 4 étoiles c’est vraiment décevant. Il aurait pu proposer au moins un ventilateur pour la chaleur!

Très bon emplacement entre le centre ville et la plage.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine, le parking s’il avait été disponible.

Cons:

Propreté perfectible dans la douche n’était pas impeccable (eau marron au sol à la première utilisation) et odeurs dans les toilettes.
