Das Team hilft sehr gern bei ausstehenden Fragen. Der Pool ist super zum Entspannen und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Emplacement de l’hôtel + literie très agréable !
Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cette établissement.
Nous avons dû changer d’hôtel pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport roland-Garros. Nous ne faisons que penser à notre chambre ainsi qu’à l’hôtel.
Nous allons passer un très bon séjour.
La literie, le personnel, la petite bibliothèque, la petite salle de sport et l’emplacement sont toutes les raisons pour lesquelles nous avons apprécié chaque moment dans cet établissement

Cons:

Nous avons eu des petits soucis avec la chasse d’eau qui ont été rapidement réparées

Pros:

L'endroit, le petit déjeuner, la chambre

Cons:

On est tombé sur un monsieur le soir pas très sympa , on lui a demander d'ouvrir le portail pour qu'on puisse rentrer. Façon de parler à revoir. Limite on le dérangeait

Cons:

Manque de petit attention l'hors de ma venu pour mon anniversaire, toilette salle, panier pour le séche cheveux très poussiéreux ainsi que la décoration plafonnier en bois , tarif pour le mini bar en chambre exécif galement . Le cocktail de bienvenue est fade sans intérêt.

Le dessert au chocolat que j'ai pu goûter avant de dormir merci pour votre disponibilité et d'avoir répondu à mes attentes.

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas avoir pu faire un tour au spa malgré la réservation en option avec la chambre.

Climatisation d'une autre époque empéchant de dormir

Emplacement et taille des chambres

Cons:

La climatisation fait un bruit infernal qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit , même en éteignant la clim du voisin faisait un bruit anormal et le pdj hors de prix pour ce que vous proposez allez au Palm ou au Lux moins cher et un niveau au dessus
