Nice and helpful staff. Rustic and dated accommodations but clean. Nice pool. Conveniently located. Dog friendly. Good breakfast included.
Nothing. I did not stay there and was u able to get a refund.
There was no working elevator and our room was on the second floor. One person on our party was unable to do stairs and we had a LOT of luggage.

Rooms are clean location is good
My luggage was removed from my room before I had checked out. I came back prior to check out time to retrieve my luggage and the rooms were standing open to the hall and luggage was gone. Staff reported the found the luggage in the room (it was not - we had looked) but took over 15 minutes to locate it. I no longer feel safe here with this clear beach in security. Belongings I had left on counters were not recovered. I canceled all my future reservations and will not stay here again. No manager on site and daily phone calls I am always told he's not there and they don't know when he will be.
Quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was ok, but not the best I've had
Had a bigger room this time with 2 queens (previously had 1 king that was a bit smaller). Having room to spread out was nice!
The lighting wasn't great - it was just okay - and the room didn't quite cool to my comfort level (then again, Antarctica isn't exactly a setting on most air conditioners lol).

The parking lot can be kinda full in the evenings, but there are plenty of spaces.

I've stayed here many times it's clean and comfortable
My luggage was removed from my rooms by staff before I checked out. It took a long time for desk staff to find my luggage. Items left on counters or in the fridge were already gone or discarded abs not recovered. Staff offered no recompense or apology. I no longer feel safe staying here. I have canceled my future bookings and will not stay again. Unsecure and unprofessional.
The staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was large and clean. I was very comfortable with the frequency of housekeeping services - we prefer on a short stay to keep the do not disturb sign up and just get any additional supplies upon request. It was nice to have breakfast included - my husband used it -- I just got a plate and cup for my picnic version with my own supplies in the room. We used the frig and microwave. It is very conveniently located -- the airport, I90, the WinCo Food Market (where we went every day for meal supplies), and downtown Bozeman.
Just expectation setting for visitors - this is a mountain lodge, not a Marriott, which was fine with us.
I just wish it had a smart TV, since with only cable, it was difficult to find something to watch and using a tablet only works so long.
