Pros:

Personale molto gentile, reception aperta 24/7 quindi sempre disponibili a rispondere alle domande. Massima attenzione al cliente, ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto per i giorni in cui dovevamo uscire prima delle 6am

Ubicación y la hospitalidad del personal interno como: del desayuno, limpieza y mantenimiento son muy amables, saben cómo hacer su trabajo de forma eficiente y brindar soluciones inmediatas al huésped. Esto es vital si viajas constantemente y te hospedas en este hotel.

Cons:

Algunas mejoras en la atención del front desk. Si eres huésped constante es fácil reconocer lo que falla. Es lo único a mejorar, todo lo demás muy bien.

Not ideal for more than 1 night.
Pros:

-Location was good
-Breakfast was good

Cons:

-Room was dusty, thick coat of dust on the floors like the room hadn’t been used/cleaned for a long time.
-Hot water in the shower had no pressure at all
-The shower head was extremely low, not comfortable for anyone taller that 170cm
-Our Key card stopped working on day 2. We got back to the hotel at 12:30am after a long day tour, only to find out the key card needs to be reactivated again at the reception (which is in another building, about 3 minutes away by foot)
-Could hear the people in the other room

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nos tocó en el edificio de al lado que tenía las instalaciones (baño, aire acondicionado...) más viejo. Además estaban en obras que se escuchaba muchísimo. La ducha estaba muy baja.

Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è strategica per girare la città. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dimostrata. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Fantastic hostel, very welcoming staff, nice breakfast buffet and very clean and tidy rooms with clean and serviced shared bathrooms. We stayed for 3 nights initially, visited Huaraz and when we came back to Lima we booked to stay again. Great hostel and would highly recommend.

Great size 1- bedroom apartment, good location in central Miraflores, good breakfast. Welcome drink was a nice added bonus.
All staff were friendly & helpful

Cons:

Kettle didnt work in our kitchen but wasn't a huge problem

Conozco la cafetería de Naia desde mucho antes y me encanta. Pero, mala experiencia al hospedarme

La calidad de servicio de la persona encargada del check in, nada servicial, no daba información y se desentendió por haber separado desde al app, solo decía que vuera todo desde el app, NADA SERVICIAL. Nunca me informó que la habitación solo era de varones y nunca guió al respecto. Simplemente TUVE QUE seguir con el hospedaje porque ustedes como Booking igual me iban a COBRAR
Que las habitaciones compartidas no estuvieran a un 100%, no funcionaban los enchufes, por supuesto que presioné los botones de activar la corriente, pero no funcionó
Que los lockers no cierren
Que el baño común esté muy mojado
