great choice, good value for money!
Pros:

+ Great Breakfast buffet
+ very nice rooms
+ good location

Cons:

- shower a bit old and not nice (but warm and working)

- loud at night, streets of lima are loud and the windows are peruvian standard (not tight or anything)

Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. También muy buen precio. Habitación amplia. Buen ambiente en el hotel. Excelente predisposición del personal para resolver los requerimientos: pedimos subir tazas de te y no tuvieron problemas; facilitaron toallas extras. Punto a favor la comodidad de las camas. Las toallas muy buenas. La habitación con buena temperatura.

Cons:

Falta que en las habitaciones haya letreros de "no molestar/limpiar habitación"; al día siguiente de nuestra llegada hicieron el aseo, en circunstancias que no deseábamos la limpieza. Punto flaco es el espacio donde sirven el desayuno, pues es reducido para la cantidad de gente. No tienen leche caliente, pero el personal es muy amable y me calentó la leche sin ningún problema. Creo que podrían solucionar mucho si pusieran un microondas en el comedor para que uno caliente más los alimentos, si lo desea. El último día no funcionaba la cafetera, así que el café estaba frío, pero nuevamente lo solucionó el personal, yendo a calentar las tazas con café. Falta bollería dulce, pero afortunadamente tienen verduras salteadas en la mañana y huevos revueltos de buena calidad.

Pros:

Struttura in generale accogliente, molto bello lo spazio comune con il bar. Stanza abbastanza pulita con il terrazzo.

Abbiamo chiesto tre volte allo staff di mandare qualcuno a sistemare la pressione della doccia perché l'acqua usciva davvero lentamente ma non è mai venuto nessuno

A Let Down
Pros:

The common areas were nice and had fun decor. There was a big shared kitchen that had all the utensils you needed for cooking. Breakfast was included. There are a cafe, restaurant and bar in the hotel which were quite nice. There was also a cinema room, which we planned to use but was occupied at the time. They had a laundry service and stored our bags for free even after checkout. The location was great in the heart of Miraflores.

Cons:

The double room we booked had an incredibly small bed for two people, it was deceivingly much bigger in the photos. There was no A/C, though there was a fan in one corner that didn't turn on. They brought us a replacement fan that was super noisy all night long. The shared bathroom had super dim lighting that made it hard to see in the shower. The shower was very dirty and had many stains on the bottom. Overall, we were very disappointed after looking forward to this stay.

Pros:

Loved the buffet styled breakfast, the women’s dorm room was super quiet when I was there, I essentially had it to my self which was great! The kitchen is nice and big great communal spaces like the cinema room, also I had a great chat with a staff member William, he was so nice :)

Da localização. Miraflores é um charme.

Cons:

Os funcionários ausentes de total empatia. Se treinados, parece que foram treinados para serem mal-educados. Péssimo. O quarto sem banheiro, tá certo que foi erro meu. Eu era para ter checado. Mas nem sabia que era possível não ter suites um hotel 3 estrelas.
