Pros:

Personal agradable (menos uno que intentaba ser agradable pero no hablaba ni inglés ni francés bien) y espacio limpio

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un HORNO. Tienen un ventilador encima de la mesa que hace entre poco y nada. Pedimos un ventilador aparte pero con eso solo conseguimos echar cabezadas durante la noche. Yo diría que la estancia fue AGOTADORA. La ubicación es a 15 minutos andando del centro, cerca solo hay un restaurante indio con pinta decente y un italiano poco apetecible. Lo único bueno que tiene cerca es una pastelería y dos supermercados.

Good choice while visiting Paris on business or vacation. Spacious, clean, convenient
Pros:

The hotel was outside Paris, yet, easy to access using public transport. Vincennes is a small and clean town, offering a variety of cuisine, including a vegan Vietnamese restaurant. I liked the fact that we had a decent kitchen and a laundry room on the premises, which served us well in the heat, which had touched 40* C on one of the days.
The studio apartment we chose, suited our business needs of space with good WiFI. You cannot find anywhere in Central Paris to match, at the price.
The Staff were helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed at Reception.

Cons:

The garden could do with some more watering, but it may have something to do with the preservation of water.
The room was very clean on arrival, but the stock of tea, coffee, etc., are not necessarily replenished unless you remind them.
Small matters, but not complaints.

Comodo e confortevole
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente per un comodo soggiorno

Cons:

Certe regole strane come l’obbligo della portare via l’immondizia a fine soggiorno e lasciare i piatti lavati. Mi pare assurdo che l’ospite successivo si trovi stoviglie lavate dall’ospite precedente e non dall’albergo stesso.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Elvis pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est agréable et attentif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus appréciable. Je recommande cet établissement avec plaisir.
