Top Familienhotel, prima Lage, ruhig, sauber.
Pros:

Wir waren dort 5 Nächte mit 5 Personen (3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene). Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber (ein Kind hat Staubmilben-Asthma und hatte keine Probleme). Haben von den Nachbarn in den anderen Zimmer überhaupt nichts gehört. Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr gut mit Fahrstuhl in die jeweiligen Etagen. Gesamtes Personal war sehr freundlich (besonders Elvis :-)). Überraschung für uns war, dass es bei der Rezeption einen Waschraum gibt mit Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel (5€ pro Ladung) und Trockner (4€ pro Ladung). Fitnessraum war ebenfalls inklusive und sehr schön ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr gut - auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sehr gut. Schräg gegenüber noch Supermarkt und die Metrostation zu Fuß ca. 15 min entfernt - Kids sind jeden Tag ohne Probleme gelaufen. Theoretisch kann man auch mit dem Bus zur Metrostation fahren.

Cons:

Alles sehr gut - Klimaanlage wäre bei 33°C noch ein Highlight - es gab aber in jedem Zimmer einen Deckenventilator zur Abkühlung und Nachts einfach lüften.

Nightmare - Rooms heated up like in a sauna
Cons:

It was a hot day. The lobby was perfectly air conditioned and cool, but the rest of the hotel was just like a sauna. No AC in the room (!!!), just a fan on the ceiling which wasn’t working. No blinds or anything else to keep the room at habitable temperature. The room had 35°C, there was no way to bring the temperature down. Front desk was no help. Had to leave and book something else. No refund! Never will stay in a hotel of this chain again.

We loved everything about our stay and would happily come back again!
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Our 2 bed apartment was spotless, modern, & felt completely brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the whole place was wonderfully quiet, & the room was much larger than we expected. We all slept brilliantly.

The reception staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, super helpful, & happy to assist with anything we needed. They also gave us lots of useful information about the local area, transport options, & how to get around.

The location in Vincennes was perfect for us: a very pretty, clean, and safe neighbourhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, & a supermarket all close by. The walk to the metro through the woods was absolutely lovely & added to the charm of staying here.

One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground car park directly beneath the hotel. For €15 per night, we could leave the car safely & travel into Paris without a single worry. We were also pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged for the day we checked out, which meant we could leave the car there & enjoy our final day in Paris to the fullest.

The apartment itself was so well equipped. We had a kitchen area, private balcony, separate toilet with sink (very convenient), & a spacious bathroom with a great hot shower. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, & lotion were all provided, a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels, storage areas, a filter coffee machine with coffee supplied, & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedrooms.

We also really appreciated having separate sleeping areas, giving our daughter her own private room. So many hotels only offer two beds in the same space, so this layout made a huge difference to our stay. There was even a sofa bed in the living area if needed.

Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Vincennes and Royal Regency is a great choice for us!
Pros:

Great location in a lovely area , nice room, good bathroom, and helpful staff

Cons:

there is no air conditioning (as a note) so if there during a heat wave, 90 degrees, it was very hot
