best for family with kids.
Pros:

the caretaker lady was very helpful and was at property to recieve us. also she guided us for local transport. the room attendent ladies did excellent work all days. the evening sunset from top floor along side swimming pool is beautiful. apartment is just walking distance from 2 big malls and also the beach on other side. location cannot be better than this for family. the kitchen was well done.

Close to the beach and terminal 21. Great location. Had a washing machine which was a bonus. Very safe. Quiet for a good night's sleep.
