Access to the indoor pool is by reservation only and with a daily use limit of 45 minutes (swimming cap is mandatory).

Children under the age of 12 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult.

Please note that on the 31st of December the half-board is a Gala Dinner with Entertainment.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Being just outside centre walls is a great advantage.
Pros:

Location is great even in the heat the walk into the town centre was no problem. The underground car park has easy access and is suitable for cars with low ground clearance.
The bed was massive and long, so even my 6ft 4 husband didn't have his feet hanging out. Breakfast one of the best we have had, wide range of choice and omelettes cooked to individual requests.
Outdoor pool was much appreciated.

Cons:

Check in took ages, three team members all looking lost at documents, not sure if they were training, but they should have explained then you would understand.
The static body wash bottles in the bathroom either weren't full or the dispenser didn't work which is being picky, but annoying when you are already in the shower wet.

Serviço e instalações excepcionais!
Pros:

Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bem completo e possui um chef disponível para preparar alguns pratos na hora (ovos, panquecas, omeletes etc).
Quarto estava super arrumado e limpo, com vista para a Muralha da Cidade. Solicitamos uma chaleira e foi fornecido sem custo adicional.

O SPA é muito agradável, com piscina interior, sauna e banho turco. A zona das piscinas externas é bem ampla e possui serviço de bar, com boas opções de drinks e snacks. O menu á la carte do restaurante é excelente, assim como o atendimento no bar do lobby.

Cons:

A estrutura da casa de banho do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, em específico o chuveiro. Pouca pressão de água e a vazão do ralo estava ruim. Optei por tomar banho após uso do SPA, na ducha do balneário, que essa sim tinha boa pressão.

Qualidade da água… duvidosa e fria (com 34/35 graus no exterior)
