He estado en otros hoteles de esta cadena y nos decepcionó muchísimo en general. El baño no tenia casi iluminación. Las lámparas de las mesillas no funcionaban.

Havia solicitado check in por volta das 13:00 pois viria de longe. Ao chegar as 15:00 nosso quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Nos pediram 15 minutos. Aguardamos ate as 15:40 e a fila pro check-in so crescia. Acabamos entrando no quarto as 17:00. A piscina aquecida s'o podia ser utilizada por 45 minutos e vieram realmente nos pedir para sair. Jacuzzi exterior fria.

O Ar condicionado das zonas comuns do hotel esta a desligado,e o calor era insuportável dado que no exterior estavam 35°.
