Quiet beach motel in Laguna Beach.
Pros:

CBI is located toward the north end of Laguna Beach at the northern end of the free trolley. The highlight for us was the three minute walk to the Crescent Bay Beach. While not private, it was much less busy than other public beaches. CBI is close to a couple restaurants but the bulk of dining and entertainment are further south. Sal is a very helpful front desk person.

Cons:

CBI is an older property that has been adequately maintained. Parking is tight but free. Streetside rooms will be exposed to the Pacific Coast highway traffic noice feathering some fairly aggressive auto noice from time to time. Oceanside rooms are much quieter.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, accommodating and welcoming.

Ice machine came in handy and you can do laundry if needed.

Great place to stay near the beach and other activities nearby. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful place with a beautiful ocean view

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Loved absolutely everything about my stay. Only stayed one night but would have def stayed more had I needed to. Very clean room, bathroom, and loved having a parking space. Also the staff was very kind and made check in/out a smooth process.
