Categories

Location
9.4
Several reviews mention rooms with Alpine views and a convenient position for mountain activities; location is repeatedly described as excellent.
Room Quality
9.3
Guests describe spacious, elegant suites with attention to detail and wonderful views; a few notes about some common-area decor not matching a 5-star feel but rooms themselves are highly praised.
Amenities
9.2
Spa and indoor pool with mountain views are frequently praised; minor negatives include absence of an outdoor pool and restrictive pool/kids policies noted by some guests.
Value for Money
8
Several guests call out high extra charges (e.g., €40 dog fee for one night) and an expensive on-site restaurant, so perceived value is noticeably lower than other categories.

Overall Experience
8.9

Soggiorno semplicemente impeccabile, dall’arrivo fino alla partenza!
Pros:
