Fine
Pros:

Great breakfast and Asian lady attendant was spectacular . Very tidy and exceptional in her cleaning. Wiped table pedestals, chair side rails and of course tabletops.

Fine room marred by inhospitable policy and staff.
Cons:

I was told 45 minutes before 3 pm that I could not check in until 3 without paying a $36 surcharge. My reserved room was ready they said, but I had to come back later or or pay. Booking materials never mentioned such a surcharge. My interactions with staff thereafter were extremely unpleasant and inhospitable after I told them I had never heard of such a policy and thought it was ridiculous. My husband is 84
and has Alzheimer's disease. I am 77. We had just come off a journey across half of Colorado.

Perfect! Clean and ready for you!!!
Pros:

Wonderful, location to shopping for us was perfect the outlets are a two minute drive away!!! Also the establishment was directly next to I hop and clovers so we were able to walk to lunch!! Love this!

Good location, good breakfast
Pros:

Close to freeway- nice views - good breakfast selection

Cons:

Our bathroom fan did not work, we also had to go to the front desk to request sheets and bedding for the pull out sofa - we booked the room 3 months earlier and there would be 6 people in that small room so obviously we would be using the pull out sofa.

Never again, replace front desk personnel with a kiosk
Pros:

Building in good shape.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal, not appealing. Staff was rude and clueless. Cleaning staff spoke zero English. Weekend rates were way too high for a HIE.
