My experience with your staff was very pleasant. They were very accommodating and engaging.

Cons:

I was a little surprised that the ice machine was not on every floor. I think you should consider that, it makes it convenient for the guest.

I have stayed here often and every time my stays are good.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, the bed was really comfy and most of all the air in the room was perfect.

The hotel is nicely kept. Just need to improve in the comfort and size of the bed to fit the queen .
