love the location, the air condition was cold, just how I love my room, necessary amenities in the bathroom, bed comfortable

Cons:

when we checked in and went to our room, my husband saw a roach crawling on the wall (he recorded it) I called front desk and told about the roach, the front desk clerk apologized after my husband showed her the video and gave us different room.

Por aquí una reseña de una chilena y su esposo 🙋🏻‍♀️ estuvimos 4 días antes de iniciar nuestro crucero, nos quedamos en septiembre 2026.
1. El aire acondicionado funciona bien.
2. Hay shampoo, acondicionador, jabón en barra y crema.
3. La cama es cómoda, pero las sábanas se corrían.
4. Pedimos el check out 1 hora más tarde, dijeron que no se podía, pero insistimos y lo dieron sin ningún extra.

1. La red de Wifi es abierta, lo cual es MUY poco seguro.
2. Está limpio, pero el servicio de limpieza va cada 3 días a la habitación. Qué??? 😨 Puedes pedir que vayan cada día aunque te miren como una loca. (Por eso estoy pagando un hotel y no un air bnb...)
3. Nos querían cobrar $10 por día por el estacionamiento, hasta que mostré las condiciones de Booking y no salía eso, me lo dejaron gratis, pero la próxima vez que fuera, me lo iban a cobrar, dijeron.
4. El desayuno horrible, solo ponen pan, mantequilla, huevo, una longaniza o hamburguesa, mantequilla o queso crema, yogurt de durazno y queques. Aparte de cereales, fruta entera y waffles. Dónde está el jamón, queso, palta o omelet?
5. El papel higiénico del baño estaba gastado por la mitad el primer día, había 1 cono más para reponer.
6. Lo típico, el secador de pelo muy caliente.
7. Llegaron unos huéspedes al lado y se escuchaba lo que hablaban y su televisión, porque había una puerta de conexión hacia esa habitación...
8. Muy pocas personas del hotel hablaban español.
9. Cuando pedimos que hicieran la habitación, pusieron la sábana al revés.

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were able to check in early after getting off a cruise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will stay there again
