Ça sentait mauvais , salle de bain pas terrible la tv y avait que deux une chaîne,Depuis le couloir on attende les bruits des chambres. Je vous conseille pas.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us excellent advice of where to visit in an order to make it flow round Venice, including a paper map which was ideal. The room was as beautiful as all of Venice, cannot fault any part of our stay. Breakfast location in the garden of a nearby hotel was a real treat. thank you for a lovely stay
The room at first seemd to be okay.
Unfortunately during my stay I experienced something terrible.
Imagine being ready to sleep after long tiring day, going to bed, uncovering the bed sheets and...finding BED BUGS! On the cover, on the sheet and on the pillow.
When I reported it at reception I heard "ahh it's our another report, but don't worry, they are like mosquitoes" and I was relocated to another room but also with bed bugs...
The night was sleepless for me and it was the worst stay I ever experienced.
I was in many different countries and places (also third-world countries) but I DIDN'T experience such situation)!
And the answer of a receptionist was like its normal...I am very sorry (with all respect to Belgium and it's nation which i appreciate) but in Poland we don't have such problems and we don't treat guests in this way.
Now I don't know if it was a problem just in this place or its a problem for all hotels.
And Brussels is a place I travel to very often and willingly. But this stay was simply disgusting.
