I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Motel One London Tower Hill on Sunday 19 July and even more disappointed by the way my complaint has been handled.
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. We weren’t welcomed or made to feel valued as guests. When we got to our room, we found that the milk provided for hot drinks had curdled and was unusable.
The worst part of the stay was being woken at 5:30am by building work taking place in the room next door. This completely disrupted our sleep and was unacceptable, particularly with no prior warning.
I raised these issues when checking out and was assured that a manager would contact me. It is now 25 July, and despite waiting almost a week, I have heard absolutely nothing.
To make matters worse, I called the hotel today to follow up. I spoke to Erica, who told me there was nobody available to deal with my complaint and that I would have to wait until Monday. She was dismissive, rude, and ended the call by hanging up on me.
The lack of customer service throughout my experience has been shocking. The issues during my stay were disappointing enough, but the complete failure to respond to my complaint and the way I have been treated since have made matters considerably worse. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Staff were very well accommodating , allowed us to check in early and leave baggage at the property before we could access the room. The room was kept clean and any requests for tea bag’s etc were accommodated for with no problems, the bed was very comfortable and the television was an added bonus to keep us entertained at night. It being so close to the Metroplitan line helped access Wembley very easily for why we stayed and we got back easily with no real issues. I would recommend the hotel to anyone .
On a personal note , the shower pressure was a bit weak for personal liking but it functioned well and provided a great shower , just have a preference .

Ich habe die Sauberkeit des Hotels wirklich sehr geschätzt. Das Badezimmer war tadellos sauber, und die handtücher waren schön flauschig. Außerdem war das Bett äußerst bequem. Sehr leckere Cocktails an der Bar.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Safe, den ich vermisst habe.

I arrived much earlier than check in time and had a work event I had to get ready for. The front of house girl (apologies I didn’t get her name but she had blue in her hair) was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to get me a room as soon as she could. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were all lovely
The breakfast could have had more options but there was still a good selection
