Schönes sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist innerhalb der Lobby über drei Bereiche verteilt. Leider gibt es kein english breakfast.
Nicht alle Plätze in der Lobby eignen sich zum Frühstück. Insbesondere die Lounge Sessel mit kleinen Beistelltischen sind eher unpraktisch. Die verbleibenden Tische sind sehr eng gestellt.
Das Fenster im Zimmer ist nicht zu öffnen, für frische Luft gibt es nur eine Klimaanlage.

Thoroughly enjoyable in a great and convenient location.
Pros:

The location was excellent.
The value for money and great help from all employees we met was also very good. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Having to sign up to an app for future discounts (I didn't signup).
Could these be offered for repeat custom WITHOUT the APP.

Leuk hotel met vlotte check-in. Sfeer is prima.
Kamer niet groot, maar groot genoeg.

Cons:

Ontbijt is in de lobby. Dat werkt minder goed omdat je toch ongemakkelijk zit te eten. Ontbijt is ook niet echt uitgebreid, meer basic. Doordat de lobby intensief wordt gebruikt, ziet het meubilair er wat versleten uit.

Gezellig hotel nabij centrum Londen. Leuke lobby, goed ontbijt en aardig personeel. Nabij tower hill zijn leuke cafés en restaurants. Openbaar vervoer is heel dichtbij.
