Pros:

Bad

Cons:

lauter Baulärm, Zimmer sehr heiss und schlecht gelüftet, nicht sauber gereinigt und an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und grüsst die Gäste nicht während des Tages.
Baulärm ist auch zumutbar, trotz des Preisnachlasses.

Mittelmässig, hatte definitiv mehr erwartet von einem 4 Sterne Hotel!
Pros:

Der Pool und die Terrasse des Restaurants waren schön und angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Strasse war einerseits sehr aufgeheizt (ein klappriger Ventilator war dermassen laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte) und andererseits bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut! Das Hotel wird renoviert, am morgen war’s dann auch schon wieder laut.

Such a bad experience never again
Pros:

Nothing really, it was just a waste of money to be true. Don't stay at this hotel which is noise, under construction and advertising pools which need an extra ticket for 20 CHF to be used. So bad!

Cons:

1. If you travel by bike they don't offer a secure and dry place to park your bike. They suggest to leave it in front of the house or in the courtyard - a no go
2. Whole hotel is under construction, super noisy all day long, no access to balconies. No information provided on booking.com while booking the room. Don't go there until the renovation is done. Room prices still high for a building under renovation.
3. Breakfast for 28 CHF too expensive
4. Pools advertised on the hotel site do not belong to hotel. A separate ticket needs to be bought to get access to the thermal spa (20 CHF). This thermal spa is also under renovation, except for two outdoor pools nothing else available, rip off! Go to the lake and enjoy the fresh water.
5. Overall another very bad experience in a Swiss hotel... four stars...
6. Bottom line: spend your vacation in another country and not in Switzerland

Cons:

Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, les ventilateurs sont bas de gamme, 31 degrés dans la chambre et des ventilateurs qui brassent à peine l’air chaud de la chambre. Bien dommage.

Un bon endroit pour passer un week-end, se détendre et profiter des bains.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner. Il n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Die Terasse war sehr gross und wir konnten das Frühstück dort einnehmen.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht. Wir hatten keinen Zugang zum Vorplatz des Zimmers, da Bauarbeiten stattfinden, was man uns nicht mitgeteilt hat. Klimaanlaga gibt es auch nicht, nur einen behelfmässigen Lüfter, der mehr wärme abgibt als kühlt. Das Hotel ist in einer Sanierungsphase und die Zimmerpreise sind daher im Verhältnis zu hoch.
