Pros:

Location is excellent . Have a nice view of the river . Parking on-site. And vending machine on-site. Good laundry room with washer and dryer

That is could not adjust the air conditioner temperature at night . Can only change the temperature during daylight

Pros:

Hôtel bien insonorisé avec parking où il faut un peu de chance pour avoir une place.
Quelques réfections seraient de bon aloi
Personnel à l'écoute, enfin celui qui vous comprend, surtout si vous demandez une chambre non fumeur alors que, par erreur, vous avez réservé une chambre fumeur et...que vous payez le supplément.

Petit déjeuner copieux mais de qualité moyenne
Odeur de cigarettes dans tout le bâtiment
