If you can mention for smoker’s hotel, I wouldn’t book because we have child.
Pros:

I honestly don’t suggest for the person who doesn’t smoke…. Even if I choice the non smoking room, smells everywhere.

Pros:

1. 位置超棒，離鬧區、商店街很近，雖然我們是自駕沒有走路過去逛街，但從櫻町開車回來很近。
2. 房間大小比一般的商務旅館大一點，還有一張椅子、桌子方便使用，兩人住雙床房的感覺很舒適。
3. 停車場就在旁邊，這一點對自駕旅客來說超級方便，從後門進出就可以了。

Cons:

入住時服務人員告知停車收費的方法，我明白一泊日幣1,200，也已付款了。但是對於我們Check-in之後30分鐘就要開車出門的旅客來說，還是很不划算。如果住房須知可以先告知入住日的停車規則，可以讓客人自由選擇停車的方式，就更棒了。

景色がキレイで路面電車の駅も歩いて5分程度、近くに熊本城やお店もありアクセスしやすい。
自販機の種類が多い、
荷物預かりサービスがある。
朝食ビュッフェの種類がちょうどいい。

ウォーターサーバーがエレベーターホールにあったが反応が悪い

Perfectly reasonable for a couple.of nights.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet offers very good local and other options not usually included in breakfast buffets.

リフレッシュできて、良かったです。
Pros:

部屋が広く清潔でした。
写真のとおりの部屋で、眺めも良く快適でした。
ドライヤーも使いやすく、トイレとバスが別々なのが良かったです。朝食も品揃え豊富で美味しかったです。

Cons:

TVがNetflixが繋がらず、問い合わせをしましたが、結局繋がらないままでした。

ホテル廊下が静か

Cons:

シャワー室内の換気扇がほこりまみれ　同じく目地のピンクあかよごれ
白壁がきれいなので目立つ
洗濯乾燥機の扉を開けたら綿埃がバサッと落ちてきた　洗濯機の糸くず等は利用者が捨てればよいが、乾燥機はそうはいかない。

Pros:

バスターミナルからも繁華街からも程よく近く、繁華街の中心ではないのでうるさくなくてよかったです。
朝食会場のスタッフさんが皆さんとても気持ちいい対応でした！

Cons:

浴室の入り口がだいぶ高いです。大人の自分でも降りる時に気をつけないといけないくらいだったので、子どもや親世代は泊まらせられないな、と思いました。
お風呂がカビていたり、部屋の壁の傷が多かったりしましたが、元は古い施設をなんとか綺麗にされているのであればしょうがないのかな…と。

お値段安かったのでコスパ的には満足ですが、他のマイステイズ(おそらく新しいホテル)に泊まったことがあるので、その時の綺麗なイメージで泊まると差があるなぁという印象です。
