Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal und Hunde sind willkommen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, wo auch Hunde willkommen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Dampfsauna nicht mehr gebührenfrei genutzt werden konnte.

Pros:

Sehr schönes historisches Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Schönes Restaurant. Tolle Massage im Haus !!!

Cons:

Zum Frühstück hatten wir keine Chance im freundlichen Wintergarten zu sitzen, da an diesem WE einen größere Gruppe diesen jeweils gebucht hatte.

Prima verblijf met eingen parkeerplaatsen in rustige buurt op loopafstand van het centrum.
Pros:

Prima rustig gelegen op loopafstand (800 mtr) van het hart van de stad. Kamers waren ruim en heel schoon. Ontbijt was prima. Parkeren op eigen terrein is gratis. Recht tegenover de Orthodoxe kerk

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Alles was prima in orde. Parkeerplekken wel beperkt maar voldoende op het moment dat wij er waren.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot einen guten Start in den Tag. Besonders toll ist die zentrale Lage – das Stadtzentrum ist in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 😊

Bloß keine Halbpension !

Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Nettes kleines Schwimmbad, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz

Cons:

Was uns die Feude an unserem Aufenthalt sehr eingeschränkt hat war die Halbpension. Bei Anreise bzw. Frühstück gab es einen Menüplan mit Auswahlmöglichkeit für das Hauptgericht. Was wir dann erhalten haben entsprach der Ankündigung überhaupt nicht, es wurden überwiegend völlig andere, minderwertige, uninspirierte, unbekömmliche Speisen serviert. Mehrfach ohne jeden Bezug zum Menüplan. Unser Protest beim Kellner verlief ergebnislos, obwohl dieser die Mängel überprüfte und anerkannte und auch an der Rezeption konnte man über Stunden die Geschäftsleitung nicht erreichen als wir nicht bereit waren für diese Leistung den vollen Preis zu bezahlen. Wir zahlten unter Protest und warten bis Heute auf eine Antwort der Geschäftsleitung auf unsere Beschwerde zu der deutlichen Einschränkung unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel Ritter. Das ist unprofessionell !

Pros:

Hier war alles Top. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption organisiert auch das Tetrisspiel für die doch begrenzte Parkfläche auf dem Hotelvorplatz. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Ausblick auf die Russisch-Orthodoxe Kirche. Die Lage ist ideal um Karlsbad fußläufig zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragendes Restaurant und auch das Frühstücksbüffet gilt es hervorzuheben. Wir würden das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
