Pros:

The room was beautiful and the swimming pool was perfect for our stay. The location is perfect too, lots of trees and beautiful villas and just a short walk (over a hill) to the centre

Cons:

Lots of wasps, it seems like there was a wasp nest close to our room, we had to keep all the windows closed at all times. The airconditioning did work but was only in the attic, which means you had to put it on a pretty cold temp there to get an effect in the actual room.
The staircase to the attic is very very very steep, we planned on having our four year old stay at the attic but it was too dangerous. Being Dutch we are used to steep staircases but this was almost like a ladder.
At the restaurant the food was not always great and we had to wait pretty long (about an hour) for our food every time which is hard with young children. Also lots of wasps there.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub … 🧳
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie haben sehr aufmerksam und mit viel Liebe zum Detail die Gäste verwöhnt.
Die Lage war perfekt, am Waldrand, mit Parkblick ein Traum. Und auch bei der Hitze war es hier in der Waldumgebung ein viel besseres Klima.

Eine ruhige Oase für Menschen die nachts ruhig schlafen möchten und tagsüber Karlsbad central erlebe
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch ,central und trotzdem ruhig.das Hotel liegt direkt an einem ruhigen Park.wir hatte das Zimmer mit Parkblick und seitlich sah man auch die wunderschöne orthodoxe Kirche mit ihren goldenen Kuppeln.
Das Hotel ist im alten,gediegenen Stil eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine für den ersten Kaffee des Tages war vorhanden mitsamt den Kapseln, jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser gratis,Kühlschrank mit minibar vorhanden.
Abends konnte man schwimmen gehen bis 23.00,wenn man Bescheid sagte.
Das Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung, ausreichende Auswahl war vorhanden.
Parkplatz auch im Preis inbegriffen.
Nachts ruhig, man konnte beim offenen Fenster schlafen.
Personal ganz nett und zuvorkommend.

L'accueil par un jeune homme prévenant, le petit-déjeuner servi par une jeune femme discrète, souriante et efficace, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon au troisième étage, tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi ! Merci
Quant au parking, il était bienvenu.

Wonderful stay at Villa Ritter
Pros:

The facility is pretty, charming, clean and had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has plenty of options and the dinner (half-board) was very satisfying.

Cons:

Wenn beim Frühstücken neue Gäste den Tisch benutzen, sollte man auch die Tischdecke erneuern. Wenn schon beim Frühstücken Sekt angeboten wir, wäre es auch schön, wenn er gekühlt ist.
