Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage, ein familiäres Ambiente und charmantes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind einladend, luxuriös, sauber und komfortabel. Der beheizte Innenpool und die Saune (mit Möglichkeit zum eigenständigen Aufguss) sorgen für einen großen Erholungseffekt. Auch toll: Für unseren Hund wurde ein eigenes Bett, Fressnapf etc. zur Verfügung gestellt.

The stay was wonderful!
Pros:

This is really villa and located in the villas neighborhood. Very beautiful place. The breakfast was wonderful, many options and different kinds of tea. Coffee is so-so.
The staff is very polite, they brought us ironing desk and additional umbrella immediately when we asked.

Elevator, veranda and outside to seat and enjoy the nature and other villas.
About 10-15 min to reach the collonadas.

Cons:

I will not recommend to book something in the restaurant except or buffet breakfast. Better to select out of many restaurants in the Karlovy Vary.
We selected 2 deserts, one was missing and second one was like rubber and we wait too long to get it. I don't know but looks like they dont cook it here and bring from other places or maybe other reason, don't know exactly.

Pros:

The staff , especially Matin at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, quiet, yet an easy walk into town or to the forest. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was very good. They had a great selection of spa treatments. The massage was amazing and my wife truly enjoyed the Styx body wrap. We will definitely consider staying again.
