Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Generally positive comments about clean rooms and installations; a few mentions of bathrooms needing maintenance or getting wet from short shower screens, so slight deduction from perfect.
Service
9.9
Multiple strong positive mentions of friendly, attentive staff and excellent service; isolated complaint about poor attention in the restaurant balanced by many 'excellent' and 'lovely people' remarks.
Location
9.9
Consistent praise for views and an idyllic/location and terraces; many reviews highlight great vistas and convenient placement.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms praised for comfort, space and details but several notes about maintenance issues in bathrooms and general upkeep, so slightly below target.
Amenities
8.5
Strong positives for pool and spa facilities, but recurring notes about sauna aging, pool temperature issues and noise from children in pool areas reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.4
Mixed comments: some say prices are in line with area, others explicitly call the stay expensive for what was provided (complaints about charged water and overall cost).
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent; dinner has a few negative mentions but overall food and dining receive high marks from many guests.
Overall Experience
9.8
Numerous 'perfect', 'wonderful' and '10' reviews describing a memorable stay; occasional minor issues (noise, maintenance, spa scheduling) but overwhelmingly positive overall.

Cons:

Las habitaciones deberían estar alfombradas
