Das Warrington hat seine Zimmer oberhalb eines Pubs, der unter der Woche bis ca. 23 Uhr geöffnet hat. Entsprechend ist abends Einiges los, aber in den Zimmern bekommt man davon wenig mit. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht ganz im Zentrum in einer schönen Wohngegend, man ist aber auch mit der Bahn in ca. 30-45 Minuten in jedem anderen Teil Londons angekommen. Das Personal im Pub ist sehr freundlich.
Leider war es während unseres Aufenthalts in einer Dachgeschosswohnung sehr warm, was trotz der bereitgestellten Ventilatoren nicht wirklich besser wurde. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen.

The room was decorated well, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was very big, double shower was nice. Located in a really quiet area.
The sink is too big for the bathroom so not much room on loo, the bathroom also smelt bad and didn't have a working extractor fan. The staff at checkin were a bit rude, we arrived early and they were not keen on checking if our room was available so we could drop stuff off an hour early.
Great location - just a couple of minutes walk to Maida Vale tube station. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from the pub below - even over a World Cup weekend. Would definitely stay again.
Only lost a point because there was no milk in the tea & coffee box in the room.

Comfortable individually furnished rooms, great staff, historic bar and lounge.
We were able to drop our bags inside at 11am while waiting on our room that afternoon.
We had a beautiful welcome, staff were so friendly and great communication.
Our rooms had fans but don’t be disheartened as they were brilliant and kept the room so cool. It’s was scorching so we were able to sleep well. The rooms were beautifully decorated to a high standard and the bed and pillows were so comfy I could have stayed there all day. The shower was powerful and hot. The decor was lovely. Plenty of tea coffee biscuits. And a full size mirror in the room to dress, next to a large wardrobe. The lightening was good with added lamps. The bar was amazing with karaoke and live music etc and the locals including Tom Hardy and Daniel Day Lewis were a watch for. The location was excellent and walked into Little Venice which was pretty and affluent part of the city. There are plenty of cafes along the way for breakfast and if fancied Wetherspoon it was a 5-10 min walk. Also to the Paddington station. Great location!

Maida Vale is in zone 2 so be ready to use public transport or Uber to get to central London.
There is no lift so it can be hard to bring your luggage up
