Very central and the room was very well furnished and clean, great shower

The location
Police were there both nights, the stairs quite steep, tiny towels in the bathroom, no milk for coffee in the morning, disappointed with what we paid, friends paid the same not far away and had breakfast.
Great location, lovely character building and all we needed for an overnight stay.
Would highly reccomend, staff helpful and 10% discount at the bar if your staying was a nice unexpected bonus.
No milk in the room to go with the tea and coffee and facilitys to make a hot bewerage. Was able to pick snacks up if required.

Room was lovely. It was hot weather and the room had fans that were so quiet. No breakfast included, however there was a snack collection in the hallway

When the renovation happened, it was very well done. The finishes are beautiful and it is very comfortable. The new air-conditioning is also a bonus. It is a must have in the current hot temperatures in the UK.
We asked for hand towel and washcloths a couple of times and we’re not provided any.
Located close to Paddington and Lords Cricket ground. Fantastic room, great service.
The venue cancelled just after we made the booking
The bed was comfortable.
The standalone air-conditioning unit is incredibly noisy, and didn’t really do the job. The shower hardly worked. The waterfall shower in particular had barely any water flow.
We were warned that we would be abandoned overnight, stairs are steep and we shouldn’t have stayed there. Not the fault of the Warrington. No twin beds
Helpful staff
Lovely room with lots of character. Great location for the tube to Wembley and some local shops. Staff were friendly on check in and explained everything well. Fans in the room as it was very hot weather.
No milk in our room to use with the teabags! We didn't notice until it was too late to go back down to the pub and request some.
Location was great. Clean, tidy and very welcoming. Loved the fact they’d put air con and 4 fans in our room in the heatwave. Thank you!!!
Das Warrington hat seine Zimmer oberhalb eines Pubs, der unter der Woche bis ca. 23 Uhr geöffnet hat. Entsprechend ist abends Einiges los, aber in den Zimmern bekommt man davon wenig mit. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht ganz im Zentrum in einer schönen Wohngegend, man ist aber auch mit der Bahn in ca. 30-45 Minuten in jedem anderen Teil Londons angekommen. Das Personal im Pub ist sehr freundlich.
Leider war es während unseres Aufenthalts in einer Dachgeschosswohnung sehr warm, was trotz der bereitgestellten Ventilatoren nicht wirklich besser wurde. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen.

Great location - just a couple of minutes walk to Maida Vale tube station. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from the pub below - even over a World Cup weekend. Would definitely stay again.
Only lost a point because there was no milk in the tea & coffee box in the room.
