Suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Common areas were pleasant. Staff was very friendly.
The location is on the outer edge of the medical district. A number of abandoned buildings or buildings in need of major repair. Fine for a business stay but less for a leisure or romantic getaway.

All was Good
Our stay at this location was very comfortable. The hotel is nicely maintained and kudos to the housekeeping staff for doing a great job. We did eat a couple times in the restaurant and the food and service were good. Kudos also to Dan at the front desk. On check out day, I had an extended checkout time. I went downstairs to see some family members that were also leaving. I mentioned to Dan that I was returning to the room to get my luggage. When I got to the room, my key did not work. As I was going down the hall to take the elevator back downstairs, Dan was walking down the hall towards me to bring me a key since the time had expired. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and customer service. He saw what had occurred and came to my floor to save me a trip from returning to the front desk. Hats off to Dan! This was REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Nothing we didn’t like
Ate at the restaurant on site, was SO good. Bar was great, kids enjoyed the pool!
It was a great location with plenty of space, helpful staff as well as clean hotel areas and easy access. I would say the staff were very helpful as well since we had an accident and they came to help up without an hesitation on their part. Breakfast was excellent and great quality.
Nothing to complain about. I would only recommend having more staff members available for allowing the check in process.

We were there for a medical emergency and wish we knew of a way to get a better rate for our stay. Having a wheelchair near the door woukd have been helpful.
It was very nice and clean. I also like that they provide complementary snacks and drinks each night.
