Can recommend for a comfortable stay in Zell that is close to all you need and with lovely breakfast
Pros:

The location was convenient and our quad bedroom was great for our family. Special shout out to the breakfast team who organised gluten-free bread for one of our kids who is a coeliac. And the breakfast overall was terrific. The reception explained transport provided maps and other useful tips.

Cons:

Fair warning there is no elevator so if you’re on the top floor with a heavy bag, good luck. We also stayed during a heat wave and although the room had a fan and good Cross ventilation there was no air-conditioning; and because the hotel is situated on a corner of a busy thoroughfare when sleeping with windows open passing trucks would wake us - though I doubt this would be a problem during winter given double glazing.

Altbackenes, lieblose Zimmerausstattung. Schlechte Betten. Dusche eng, Zugang beschwerlich

Locatie midden in het dorp Goede parkeerplaats direct bij het hotel

Cons:

Ik vond de badkamer vies. Schimmel en zo.
Kamer heel simpel. Kamer aan achterzijde lawaaierig. Ivm de warmte moest je wel ramen openzetten. Dat gaf veel herrie van verkeer, terras en overlast van rokers.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Die Nähe zum See, Parkmöglichkeit, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, beim Frühstück gab es sehr gute Aufstriche

Cons:

Unfassbar laut, sobald das Fenster geöffnet wurde und das die ganze Nacht, da das Hotel an einer extrem befahrenen Straße liegt.

Sobald das Fenster geschlossen war, hat es modrig gerochen.
Wir konnten keine der 3 Nächte schlafen.

Die Haustüre wurde nie abgesperrt, sodass jeder Fremde überall Zugang hatte. Die Rezeption war meistens nicht besetzt.

Der Frühstücksraum war am Buffet sehr eng, sodass sich oft eine lange Schlange gebildet hat.

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro maravilhoso, cama boa, localização boa, pessoal muito gentil, gostei!

Cons:

Os travesseiros não são confortáveis e o banheiro não é muito iluminado.
