Hotel excelente y personal encantador
Pros:

Todo. El personal encantador, sobre todo el chico, que es muy atento y simpático. Es un lugar muy familiar, te sientes como en casa. Tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron increíbles, comida casera riquísima y muy abundante, una gozada. Lo más importante, además del personal, la maravillosa limpieza de todas las estancias, así como lo cómoda que es la cama y el olor a limpio de la ropa. En conclusión, este hotel es mínimo de 3 estrellas y deseo que sus dueños tengan mucha suerte porque se lo merecen con este maravilloso hotel.

Cons:

Todo me encantó, no hay ningún defecto, si alguien se queja es que se aburre mucho o es un infeliz.

I would highly recommend the Atlantis Hotel – fantastic value for money! We stayed for one night with my two daughters and had a lovely experience from start to finish. Our room was spotlessly clean and had two single beds and a sofa bed, all of which were very comfortable. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the sea and port.

The price included both dinner and breakfast, which was amazing value. Dinner was delicious, with a starter and main course, served in a beautiful open-air restaurant decorated with fairy lights and overlooking the port and sea. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious.

Breakfast was also fantastic – far more than we expected, with plenty of delicious choices. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here as a stopover before visiting Spinalonga Island, and the location was perfect for the port. A fantastic hotel, lovely hosts, great food and beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Καμία επαφή με το προσωπικό φτάσαμε και ψάχναμε μόνοι ρεσεψιόν κτλ και δεν μας δώθηκαν οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του πρωινού και ψάχναμε μόνοι το πρωί . Επιπλέον ξέχασα μια ζακέτα μου από 15 Ιουνίου που φύγαμε και τους έχω πάρει 6 τηλέφωνα για υπενθύμιση σταδιακά μέσα στο δίμηνο και λένε θα την στείλουμε και δεν δίνουν καμία σημασία ούτε σε αυτό πέρα από το πως ήταν η διαμονή
Δεν σκόπευα να αφήσω την κριτική αν είχαν στείλει την ζακέτα επιτέλους αλλά βλέπω ότι αυτό αποκλείεται…

Pros:

La ubicación especial, en frente de la playa y cerca de negocios y restaurantes. Zona cómoda y viva, sin ruidos.
La atención del personal fue excelente... Nos íbamos pronto y nos pusieron unos sandwiches para el viaje.

Cons:

La habitación bastante pequeña, interior, pero bien equipada. Todas las atenciones por parte del personal.

Pros:

La localisation, la vue de la chambre et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Des personnes très agréables et serviables , qui nous ont bien conseillé pour les activités à faire en fonctions de nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Je recommande cet établissement

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Εξαιρετική θέα στην Παραλία Άμμου, μία πολύ ωραία παραλία. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και για όλα τα γούστα.

Cons:

Στις φωτογραφίες της πλατφόρμας επιμελώς δεν φαίνονται κάποια πράγματα. Τα κουφώματα είναι πολύ παλιά, ξύλινα και χρήζουν ανακαίνισης. Επιπλέον στο μπάνιο έχει γίνει μερική ανακαίνιση. Τα πλακάκια τοίχου είναι παλιά και το λάστιχο της ντουζιέρας θέλει αντικατάσταση γιατί ήταν μουχλιασμένο.

Pros:

Il monolocale è una sistemazione spartana ma che offre tutto il necessario. Non ho utilizzato la cucinetta ma la ritengo poco funzionale. La posizione è ottima, di fronte ad una spiaggia di sabbia e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Ho trovato sempre parcheggio per l'auto. La colazione è buona con succhi e piatti preparati al momento. Gestori simpatici e disponibili. Se non avete pretese faroiniche é un'ottima soluzione.

Cons:

Da rivedere qualche dettaglio estetico o da sistemare qualche attrezzatura (es. stendibiancheria) ma niente che posso influenzare negativamente il soggiorno.

Alloggio in un'ottima posizione, con una splendida vista sul porto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si trova a due passi dal centro e dai numerosi locali sul mare, perfetti per gustare dell'ottimo pesce fresco.
La sistemazione è piuttosto piccola, ma funzionale e ideale per chi è di passaggio o per soggiorni di breve durata. La colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità, anche se non offre la possibilità di scegliere tra diverse opzioni.
Il parcheggio non è disponibile direttamente presso la struttura, ma si trova nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, una soluzione consigliata soprattutto per la posizione e il panorama.

Bagno piccolino,cucina datata. Migliorabile.
